I started correspondence with Alexandra from Odessa on May 11th, and we exchanged several emails. Then on June 2nd, "she" sent me almost the exact same letter as the 11th! I'm attaching the letter contents at the end of this post. Also, I was corresponding with another woman, and in one letter she said, "you told me so much about yourself, but unfortunately you did not ask me many questions." In my next letter, I asked her a ton of questions, but "she" completely ignored them all and sent me a canned letter. My advice is to find another site, but if you must stay here, only correspond with women who have private emails. That's just my two cents. LETTER WRITTEN ON 5/11 Hello Shaun! Thank you for your compliment toward to me and my small daughter! I was very glad to receive your answer. Who knows, probably this is really destiny.... You wrote me very interesting letter.I am in search of my soul mate too. I only start to learn a lot of things about you. Am I correct? I have just started communicating with her, and here is an excerpt of her second letter: I think, that your profession is also very interesting and expecially this is great that your work bring you a lot of pleasure and enjoy. She added a couple of things to answer to a couple of questions I asked her, but it is obvious that she is madly cutting and pasting. I don’t know if you have noticed yet, but if you try to look for her profile, the system will give you an error...However, just yesterday I replied to her second letter and I received a receipt that she had read the letter. She contacted me, so I guess she thought I look dumb or desperate enough to fall for her scam. It is kind of funny though, when she asked help with her wish to have a studio....I replied in my e-mail....”anything is possible here in America, as long as you are willing to work for it” so I doubt she will contact me again. I will keep you inform if she contacts me again, please do the same; I am very curious as to what her purpose writing this letters is. Money for mom? Since she is “so close to her” money for her daughter? Lets find out. But I cannot report anything until I know for sure she is a fake. Trademan + Olegnay- As I mentioned in my prior post, you cannot find her in the system anymore. For all I know she might have already been removed. As far as talking about her, we are just being cautious; we have the right to do so. If something like this doesn’t raise a red flag, I don’t know what would. I will not just move on until I find out exactly what is going on, and not only for me, but for every person on this site. If she is legit, we will find out, and if she is a fake we will too; but if we were to move on and she turns out to be a fake, someone is going to get rip-off. Since I now know where I will be traveling to, I thought that I might write a few women from that city on this site to see if anyone catches my attention. The very first girl I checked out on this site is blacklisted on an anti-scam site. My question here is ,Are we suppose to be the detectives for this site or are they very lax in their investigative depatment. The EASIEST way to spot a scammer is to check the antiscam sites. Yet this girl's profile is posted here without that even being done. I don’t think so. I call it precaution. I have not been scammed yet, and I want to keep it that way. With respect to my letters, yes, they are different. I don’t lie about who I am or what I am looking for, but I do not cut and paste exerts of my letters. She does, is that a crime? Of course not; but once again, it is a red flag I cannot ignore. As far as posting my letters for public view...personally, I couldn’t care less. I don’t know about you, but I never write things I could ever be ashamed of. Nonetheless, I understand your point of view though; I am not irrational. But just like I said before, there are different ways to protect yourself, and your way and mine differ considerably. The number one reason people get scammed all over the world in an infinity of ways is “trust”...And I am sorry if it is offensive to you, but if I a girl was to take some of my money for being so trusting, I am sure you wouldn’t be willing to respond for her, would you? If you read through the threads on this site you will find that it is not customary to post a suspected scammer name or ID or letter on here. If you do you, will get blasted by those who have been here longer. Only if it is agreed and proven that she/he is not legit would that be accecpted. So take a chill pill. Trad, She would not be able to scam me, just for the fact that my skepticism about life in general is such, that if a girl was to convince me she needed the money for whatever reason, I would deliver it personally, and only after corroborating she is telling me the truth of course.
