I am applying for my Ukraine visa for my trip. Some of the agencies say that a travel itinerary is required and some don't. I was hoping to make my flight plans after the visa approval. Anybody know the real requirements?
I got my visa to Ukraine without plane tickets, but you will require an official invitation Ditto,
most embassy sites tell you Never to book your flights until you actually have your visa, as sometimes visa's do get refused, or there may be a delay in issuing it because an i wasnt dotted or a t wasnt crossed, and then you might lose your flight money.
Always wise to get the visa first if its your first visit, after you have been once, so long as you left on time and were a good boy there, you can book your flights first in future because the chances of you being refused a visa second time round (provided you dont screw up the ppaerwork) is slim.
I am going to Ukraine to meet my lady in Sept. We plan on meeting in Kyiv and staying for 3 days. If we still like each other after that we will continue on to her home in Mariupol and I will meet her family. The apartment in Kyiv will be issuing the invitation for my visa. Will I run into any problems with the authorities if I check out of the apartment after 3 days and the stay at her house in Mariupol for 4 days?
