I have tried to contact your agency through your email and 24hour customer service, but no one ever responds to my emails. I was checking status on several orders etc. You were translating one letter to english, but a week later I hadn't recieved it. I finally got through to you by 1-888 # in states. Do you really respond to questions made through online email customer service, or should I always try calling you when I have a question. Is this just a busy time of year? If someone will contact me by email I can reply with questions I'm seeking answers too. Thank you.
