I visited a local singles site and decided to message a woman who's profile said she was living in my city. I get a reply and she wants me to write to her on her personal email address. Guess what kind of email address it was? Russian! Again! That damn place seems to have been invaded by them. I had tons of old emails on that account. I haven't checked it in months. Over half of the messages were from Russian women. A few of them did not hide that fact. But a large portion of them posed as US women. What the hell? This last one I was duped into writing said she promised to show me she is real is I write her. What kind of sense is that? I'm supposed to believe her after misrepresenting herself. That's even if it's a she! Sorry it has gotten to be a bit frustrating. What the hell?! Thanks. Places where people believe most men have money. That was the beginning of my getting on this site or how I found it.The beautiful lady emailed for a few days then ask that I correspond and pay an agency. The agency is listed on google as writing letters to men from ladies that do not exist. You may be like myself and have more ideas about life in common with FSU ladies. Be very careful from sites that are not listing ladies in the FSU. Never send money. That is the rule I use! Frustrating, I know how you feel. Does that come before or after anger? Just a little concerned about your experience with scams! I hope you don't have any. I have written to some Russian women that have responded to other ads I have. These did not try to hide the fact that they were not the women my ad as intended for. Most of them eventually asked me for money. As a few of the guys here may remember the $400 for a microwave request. Another asked that I send her half the money for a visa and a plane ticket. I have another right now professing her love for me and I have yet to tell her anything about myself. HAHAHA Then there was another who initally called herself by one name then all other emails to me she used a totally different name. She also was professing her love for me and pretty mush said I was the best thing since sliced bread. When I finally noticed the name thing I send her an email asking for her to tell me what the deal was with the names. I haven't heard back from her in 2 months now. LOL So I'm here on this service and well am not too impressed. Many of the women don't have a whole lot to say. At lest not the ones that have contacted me and said they are interested in getting to know me. I write volumes they write maybe a few lines and rarely answer all the questions I put to them. I don't know if it's because my letters are too complex for them or what. I suppose they use translators or some of those translation applictions. They are horrible. I speak both English and Spanish fluently and tested a few out. They can translate simple stuff fine. They garbled anything near a normal conversational level. I even asked them if I write too much or if they are having trouble understaning my messages. They say no they love that I tell them so much. Whatever the reason it sure is a let down. If I had to put a percentage on it, it seems to me 70 are fluff and 30 are real. Ask an average lady how many letter she got in the first week when her ad was placed in a catalog and how many men were still writing her in two months after that. Some men disappear after few months of correspondence and long detailed letters...Thats why many girls just dont bother for the first couple of weeks to send good responses. They write short messages just to keep a correspondence alive. They want to see who is really serious and who is really worth their attention. Men choose and ladies have a right to choose too. Sometimes you may think that this process is really difficult from your side only...but please understand ladies have same problems. It takes time ot real chemistry that happens sometimes with the very first message when both understand that this is her man( his girl). It happens but not very often. For other people its a long proces of writing letters and analizing those, trying to sort things out and get rid of the rubish.And it works the same from both sides. As I alreday said, there can be female scammers and male scammers. Male and female heartbreakers. It took me 4 months here until I found my lady. In the months after we sent eachother probably close to a hundred photos each and we connected through our letters right away. Before our meeting we probably exchanged over a hundred letters and talked maybe 10-15 times over the phone (many flowers also). During our meeting we fell in love and now talk to each other as much as 2 times a day and still exchange letters often although its getting a bit expensive for me as I am not on the same terms with the agency as before our meeting. I plan on buying her a computer soon, and after we get her K1 visa her parents may have it so they can keep in constant contact with her. I think it's not possible. I think that when people make friends in real life, and when there is a hope for more then friendship, people also are careful too!!!
