When I was a very young man I was married for about 6 months to a disturbed female. After being divorced from her for about 5 years, I remarried to another woman who kept forgetting which home her bed was in. We divorced 5 years latter. Now that second divorce was about a decade ago. I have been embarrassed with my choice of women and this divorce history. I wondering if in a K-1 Visa Biography if I could list my second divorce as my only divorce and just let my first divorce remain in my history known only to me.
My question is, if I supply to the INS only my second marriage divorce decree and not list the first divorce in the Biography will the INS do a background check and find out I was married two times or do they rely only on the facts I provide to them. Does anyone know how this works?
