A)About TOURIST-Visa: Is it possible for a woman, living in Russia, to have a TOURIST-Visa to Sweden? 1)What terms or conditions or stipulations do the authorities have for alowing such a Visa? 2)For how long time, maximum, can She stay? 3)How long time will it take to get that Visa?
B) About FIANCČ-Visa: What are the terms/conditions/stipulations to get such a Visa? I mean: If I am married to a Russian Woman, the marriage is officially registreated - but if I am engaged to be married (have a fiancé) that is a private affair(not officially registrated). Furthermore I have the same questions as regards Tourist-Visa = Questions nr. 1+2+3, earlier in this letter.
Best Regards/ Amandus
if you ask for an invitation by your ministry of foreign affairs she can have a tourist visa in 2 weeks she have to go to the ambassy of sweden in her(russia) country and ask for a visa can be from 1 day to 3 months
without invitation it will be more dificult and cost 10 times more
fiance visa don't exist, you can not marrie her in your country on a tourist visa so if you want to marry her you will have to marry in her country
As for a Russian citizen applying for a "tourist visa" to Sweden(officially called "visitor´s visa" or "besöksvisum"), her Swedish contact must provide her with a filled out visitor´s form (Referentbilaga E) which can be acquired from Migrationsverket in Sweden. This form must be witnessed by a Notarius Publicus in your home town (look in Yellow Pages for one).
Futhermore, she needs a "personbevis" (proof of your residency in Sweden) which you can get from your local Skattemyndigheten.
With these two documents, the lady must travel to the Swedish Embassy in Moscow (Open Mon-Tue-Thur-Fri 09.00-12.00), carrying her domestic as well as international passport + photo copy of the first fold of her domestic passport (with her personal data), as well as 3 "photo both" pictures of her.
Visitor´s visa can be obtained for a max of 3 months per year, takes up to 5 days, costs 900 Py or $30, and is NOT difficult to get!
If she wants to move to Sweden, then both the lady and man should pay the embassy in Moscow a visit, for the procedures (including separate interviews with the two in order to make sure they both tell the same story about how they met and fell in love, etc.).
Marriage, therefore, is not necessary, but temporary residency will be granted for an initial 6 month period, then prolonged by 6 months, up until permanent residency will be granted after 2 (or perhaps 3) years.
A short rejoinder to Henrik S.

How are you going to get unmarried since there is no divorce in the Philippines? I think you should go to Sweden as a married woman, and try to get divorced there. Lying might cause complications.

Hi,...Im new here...Is it possible for a gay couple to get a fiancee visa...my partner is a Swedish and we are living together here in the Philippines...
The only guy from Sweden around these parts is Matte who, these days, is posting as 'Martin Smartshit' :)
Do I need to post if my lady and I are making baby(s), if and how often she asks that we get married, how much she wants our own place to be built for her to make her nest in etc. etc. etc. ... No, I don't need to post such things because I have nothing to prove to the cyber world of the muppets around these parts ... such exemptions of sensible people such as beemer, durak etc. apply and should not take offence if felt being referred to as 'muppets' ..... Where is the Swedish Chef by the way? :)
Indeed, at my friends resort the other day a group of some 24 Russians arrived, circa 12 guys and 12 ladies. Looking at the ladies and comparing them to what I have here would I change anything? ... No I wouldn't, we're VERY happy here thank you very much!
Things with the build are progressing OK and, just now, we're working towards our next mainland trip 15-18 October when we'll be bringing a 10 wheeled truck across full of supplies including supplies to commence building the restaurant building.
Literally end of the week now, tomorrow (Saturday) I'm plotting out where the fencing shall go and doing the payroll whilst putting my van in for day surgery, we don't seem to get a day off anymore as Sunday we're back up island collecting more fencing but, being Sunday, we'll stop off at a friend's resort there for a full 'English' Sunday roast dinner ... even Filipina girlfriend loves a Sunday roast dinner these days, they're lush :)
Something amusing ... Hardwood in Philippines is illegal, well my fencing sticks are hardwood thus illegal and, 2 days ago, bringing a van load of hardwood home we got stopped at a Police/Army checkpoit. The Police officer was speaking to me around the front of some 500 hardwood sticks enquiring if I had a driving license, producing my Philippines driving license to him to looked somerwhat dumbfounded, wished me a good day and off we went ..... no mention made that I had a van full of illegal hardwood! ... As we drove away all the Filipinos were hiding behind the trees on their motorcycles, no licenses, no vehicle registrations, no nothing!!!
P.S. And if the forum sneak would like to drop Nicolas Adrian Pearce Boby a line, I'll be checking-in for a flight to London-Heathrow Airport on 15 October so if Nicolas Adrian Pearce Boby would like to have the Police, Special Branch, Flying Squad, Anti Terrorism Unit, the Army, Royal Air Force Eurofighters airborne ready to shoot my aeroplane down or whatever ... then tell him to go right ahead whilst explaining to him that he's a fucking idiot. :)
