But, strange to me, there are no comments, or lines from any of those gorgeous Russian girls, only from Olga and she’s not looking, she’s moderating the forum, (Good work Olga!!). So the question is, do the girls know about this forum (hummm?), and if they do, Can they use it and write? Why is that only American males are in the forum? What about other places, other countries? I’m from Mexico and I think that I’m wealth enough to support a family, my country is not as rich as the US but I have a plenty and secure way of life, (Sometimes it may be luxurious). And certainly my country is much more interesting than the US. That’s for sure. As someone who works in It I know how easy it is to automate the replies with modifications using software. So the question that results is 1) Am I talking to an automated software programme? 2) Am I actually talking to the women in the photograph or 3) am I talking to staff member of the web site? I had never really contemplated seeking a Russian bride to be honest, and am still not sure I want too as yet. Mainly, because I'm not that well off financially. While I do have a good paying job etc..and don't squander my hard earned money on partying and boozing. I'm not well off either, and the thought of a trip to Russia is quite daunting financially actually. Not to mention the fact that my family (sister in Toronto, brother in The Netherlands, and me here in New Zealand) would kill me *grins* if I spent all that money going to Russia instead of visiting with them. However, you are right in saying that this is not the place to segregate or bash. Stereotyping is not what we need here. Magicone, Most women in Russia are not looking for richness but stability. I don’t know about New Zealand, but in the US the men actually have to submit a financial statement to prove their stability and that they are able to support their new Russian bride. This proof is provided to the interviewer for the visa in Russia before the visa is issued. The sponsor provides it to his bride to be to bring it with her to her interviewer. I would assume so that the interviewer would be able to see what her impression is of what she is getting into. If she knows he is middle class and she acts like he is middle class then it shows she knows him to some degree. But if he is middle class and she walks into her interview acting like she has a rich man then it shows she really doesn’t know him. But as I have said I don’t know what New Zealand does. I think you will find most women in Russia are reasonable. It is an expensive way to meet and marry a woman, but the investment is well worth it. The average male involved here is from middle to upper middle class. the average coast when all is said and done can be from $10.000 to $15.000 (US) that’s it you hit all the holidays and also make a few trips. If you think your going to get off with $2.000 to $5.000 (US) your fooling yourself. It’s a long process and it’s costly. But it’s worth it. Firstly, Americans may be the majority but they are not the only ones on the site and the statement was made that "only American males are in the forum".....that is simply not true. But the most important issue is what difference does it make anyway?? Contributors should not be judged or categorized by their race.
