I have received an Email from a girl that I have been writing to for a long time. She often sends me the same message more then once, I have been suspecting she is using pregenerated messages then I receive this after not writing to her for a couple of days: "Hi my love %TOFNAME !!! Why you do not write me? Really it is difficult to you to write to me a pair of lines. With love Tamara." Would this be a scam or is it her English skills are poor?

Arserenault, sending multiple msg's is no crime, my OE also does it sometimes. But why don't you - and I know this is a novel idea - just confront her with what you suspect? You might surprise yourself with the answers you'll get sometimes. And as an aside, scammers normally ask for money in some way, not go berserk by mailing at random. So ask yourself - are you a payer?

I have confronted her, but no response as of yet. Well confronting is a bit strong, more or less I asked politely! When I mentioned multiple messages, I meant word for word same message but sent on a different date as in weeks apart.

My girl did it occasionaly, was usually an error or mistake by the agency, not her

Yeah Traddie, my sentiment. You try to do some 'bookkeeping' on some freemail in an internetcafe, with written note's/admin at best. She writes to more, gets loads of msg's, and then he blames her for possibly paying attention to him? You confront her with it, fair & square, and tell her what bothers you. That helps, even if only to show some backbone? She might like you more for it, but her answer & consequential reaction is what you're after.

Perhaps her english is not so good and she has little time and perhaps she thinks you should be more attentive. when she feels neglected she sends you this tempalted letter because she has to put no effort into writing a letter to a guy that can't keep up. Remember to think about how many men write for a while and then find a better picture to write too. This is just a thought. Wess

rarsenault, the sentence structure for russian is different than english. I don't quite understand all about it. It is like the adjectives, adverbs and nouns are in a strange order. This is not uncommon to me. To regenerate a letter is explainable, I'm sure. She may wish to hear from you but have a short time to let you know. Or it could be she is upset and wishes not to say such so it would be nicer to send this letter than to let her emotions tell you what she realy thinks and feels. The love part is easy to confuse with internet correspondence.I have feelings for ladies even though we have not meet. Many are wonderful ladies. It is human to become attached. I have a friend that tells me to meet the ladies early because it is easy to get attach and hard to say goodbye. Or to tell them they are not the lady you wish to spend your life with. The ladies put alot of there spare time into writing. Do you know some of them may work long hours. There is no 40 hour work week, that I know of in there country. I was corresponding with a lady that worked 12 hours a day. Give her the benefit of the dought and be frank and honest with her. Do not speculate, ask!!! Never send money!!! If she ask for it!! lol I got an email to my personal email address from someone claiming to be some russian woman wanting to get to know me. No one has that email address unless I give it to them. She sent me 2 emails asking me why I haven't responded. I finally replied and was very nice about out. Told her i was flattered by her inyerst but that I had a quest. I asked here where did she get my email address from. I let her know only people I have personally given it to have it. it's been over a week with no reply. lol

rarsenault: I dunno what to tell ya. The woman I am writing to now started off like what you described. I had no intention of continuing writing. I wrote her a book in what I was thinking was going to me my last letter to her and on this service. she gushed over how much I opened up to her and stuff. now every one of her emails are genuine and speak to what I wrote in my last one and asks actual questions about me and my background. We have been writing each other now every day for the past 3 months. a real person. Something I thought was rare on here since all the others that have written me used templated letters 100% of the time it seems. You also have to remember They are writing you in a language that is totally different that theirs. You would write just as poorly if you were the one writing to her in her language.
