We (the guys) are focusing on girls that are scammers and so on, but I guess it cannot be easy for you either.. A lot of guys promising gold and diamonds, and never even have the guts to get on a plane, or worse.. may be already married (I heard a terrible story the other day..), and are using FSU women just to kill some time, while the women believe they are seriously looking for a partner in life... Unfortunately ruslady, there are a lot of men that are just jerks! We tend to call them keyboard-Romeos :)) I think you will find most guys in the forum serious, but it also seem like most of them have been lucky already... but.. who knows? There are also those that go to these countries only to have a good time. It's more than just killing time, they looking for sex under the pretense of a permanent relationship. Italians, Norwegians, Swedes, Spanish, Britons, french and so on.. You are all immigrants... What makes you a better choise?? From it's creation in 1776, America has been a country made up of groups of immigrants from many different nations. Virtually everyone has come from somewhere else. Either their ancestors, or they, were born in this country. The majority did not speak english when they arrived. America has often been described as a melting pot - a place where people from many nations come together to be "mixed and melted" together to form a new race of individuals - called Americans... But anyone who has ever visited USA realizes that this prosess does not always work. More often than not, ethnic groups remain "unmelted" side by side. And instead of America changing them, it is often they who change America. Today, America can probably be better described as a pot of stew than a melting pot. The different ethnic groups, like vegetables in a stew pot, retain their own special characteristics and flavors while contributing to the overall success of the dish... But better than the rest?? I don't think so.. you are like us, just as we are like you... About recognizing a honest man.. hmm.. I understand this is a problem for you girls.. I think what makes this difficult to answer is the fact that some of these guys are great talkers.. They know exactly what to say, and when to say the right thing.. That is their skill... I think you could ask him for his phone-number, if he tell you to call at specific times, or send an sms before calling, or other things this could be "red flags".. May be write down key words of your conversations to check if he keep to his story, also after a while.. -or just find a Norwegian... Great guys.. LOL I could bet I just heard someone mumbling about California again...!
