Author Post JGregory Member send PM   block PM add to buddies Send: 9/14/2007 11:02:10 AM   Just found this site and as i have returned from a recent 15 day stay in Dnepropetrovsk i feel the need to relay my own experience of ukranian women though i think russian women are similar in mentality. I was corresponding with woman in Dnepropetrovsk for about 15 days decided to go and see her she said she would be happy to meet me. Very pretty lady age 30 no kids great .We got along great every day for first five days, then i notice she loses her temper with waitresses or waiter., for absolutely nothing of importance. Then she tries the same type of temper tantrum with Me later -"Why you not know price of taxi" she screams.- "why you not take shoes off in apartment" other expolosions from her about trivial stuff. "what time your flight go"-about 11.30 i think i reply. "you not know" she screams. trivial arguements. Super sensitive. If she is like this after 6 days i thought what is it going to be like after 6 months.ENOUGH.that was it. i stopped in my apartment re thought my strategy PLAN B. there is no plan B. There is No other lady i arranged to meet.So i went with interpretor to internet cafe and arranged to meet another lady from another agency called rbrides com (crap agency mostly fraud profiles) anyway i got to meet this ONE lady she actually turned up .Told her i was here on business with mining company in Krivoy Rog and she believed my story. Did meet her every day great seemed very nice bought her food drinks everthing.Then on day 7 .she picks arguements loses temper about nothing..super sensitive.Bizzare. That was it with her too. Did meet an American chap fom Lousiana while there. He was on his fourth vist to fsu countries.He says there is a lot of this maniacal tantrums from women there whether it be ukraine or Russia is typical BUT you can eventually find a sane woman there-about 10% chance. My own conclusion is the men drink a lot of alcohol in Ukraine/Russia because bizzare behaviour of women drive them to do so. We got booted out at 4:30am and had to stay in a different hotel down the road. The next day, I went back to the hotel to get a few items that I forgot to take with me. A girl from Lviv, Ukraine was in charge of cleaning the rooms. She spoke English, but had rocks for brains. She showed no interest in my concern over my belongings. She had a basic, flat demeanor with no bit of warmth or charm. I thought it was just my bad luck with tempramental women from the FSU. Venezuelan women are hot but tempramental too. I had same experience with Ukrainian girls but they were young( under 20) so I just figured they needed to grow up!! All rest of girls were not temperamental...I am talking 10-15. The FSU women need to show more sensitivity and friendliness towards men who have traveled halfway around the world to meet them. There is another forum, associated with this one, except that it is geared toward Russian woman (and written in Russian of course). A lot of those women vist us from time to time as lurkers, and see what we have to say. How do I know this? Because they comment on our forum in their own forum. And of course many of those women speak English (certainly better than we speak Russian). FSU females tend to be a bit sarcastic in their humor and they are fiercely protective of themselves, as a group, meaning that anytime you say something negative in this forum ABOUT FSU women, past history has shown that you are likely to receive a comment like the one above. She's basically saying - if you don't LIKE the typical high strung nature of SOME FSUwomen - then stay home and date western cows. FSUwomen are very much aware that they tend to be in much better physical shape than their western counterparts. Its a fact that is not lost on them. LOL Globus Member send PM   block PM add to buddies Send: 9/15/2007 11:14:33 AM   Nasfan I enjoy reading your posts and getting your insights on your experiences, especially since you managed to do what most men haven't which is actually get married to a nice girl from FSU, but I have to say that it seems kind of hypocritical to me for you to say negative things about American women after attacking people on here for doing the very same thing but to Russian women. I am no great lover of North American women, it's partially why I looked for a FSU woman in the first place but there are good women here too I know. Usually they are spoken for of course. :-) As for the girls I wrote letters to and met from Ukraine, I ran into the same things some of the other posters on this thread did. They we're hot and cold, got angry and upset about the strangest things, sulked when they didn't get their own way, and had no appreciation for how much it cost to meet them and that you we're paying for everything with them. Basically they acted like spoiled little children. I came to the conclusion that the girls I met (after spending a lot of time with them) we're also mental cases that lied a lot and saw no problem with doing it. Something I have also concluded about some girls I have written letters to for a long time there but never actually met (and didn't ever want to :-) ) They can definetly fly off the handle for absoulutly no good reason at all and I found it kind of difficult to deal with as I don't like conflicts especially with someone I like and care about. I think it just depends on how you deal with it and how bad she can be. Gemini's advice sounds good to me. I'm sure all of them will be like this to an extent (some are better than others) and you are going to have to deal with that kind of behaviour from them no matter what, especially from the younger girls. But on the other hand I find women from North America can be just like this too. I also met other Ukrainian woman on my trip there (I've been 5 times) that seemed very normal and nice and didn't show these bad traits that I found in girls I wrote to then met and in girls that other men on here have obviously met too. So I think there has to be some Russian women out there that aren't crazy, irrational, gold diggers, they just might be a little harder to find is all. As for why the men in Ukraine drink a lot? Who knows, I don't know enough about Russian men to even guess. Maybe they just drink a lot because they like it or maybe there is some truth to what JGregory says.
