I have met a young girl(a teenager)because i’m a young guy too and now i’m going to write somenthing about it!I’ve spend a week with her,enough to understand many things.She was really sweet,she wrote many sweet letters(every day) and so after a long correspondence i have decided to meet her.When I have seen her at the airport i was shocked,she was truly wonderful:an angel!Unfortunately she is only that:very beautiful. These young girls do not have clear ideas in their head,at least they think to have them,but it isn’t in this way.I did like her very very much and it has been so hard to finish our correspondence,infact I have left the site after a long year of loving letters!however what I have understood with these girls(someone scam too)is that they are ingenuous.I mean,they really believe to find a royal prince like in fables,they already believe at the first encounter to leave their country and go to your home.If you don’t talk with them about important things from the first time,they’ll leave you!and they’ll be cold with you!No more warm hugs,no more sweet words,no more kisses!but i’m wondering,how can i talk about these things if they are so damn immature?These young girls that believe to be already women understanding everything about life??!!I think she did played with me,with my feelings!I’m very disappointed even if i have spend a good time with her,so now i can say that they are very good: - to tell lies or to find excuses easily - to deceive you - to spend your money - to leave you in a day - and as beemer said in a thread they are only a good letter writers and probably get paid for the numbers of letters! She goes to University and she hasn’t got a private mail???come on please!!!!! I’m sorry because it was more than a feeling by my side and in conclusion i can say all it is FAKE!!!I just looking on new profiles,there’s another of these teenager that enrolled herself for the second time changing some pothos and the name of her city where probably lives=SCAM!!I cannot write her id otherwise I know the moderators will cancel my post so open your eyes!!! There are many ridicules and stupid men that try to come in Ukraine only for sex-tour,I have met some of them!!I have seen many deplorable scenes in Ukraine!!!!i feel ashamed,and now i can understand why there are so many scammers.I’ve met also a good peolple from Uk and U.S,but they were in Ukraine for their business,not for love.... In conclusion I’ve been always sincere and honest.I went to Ukraine with serious intentions and i have found only a superficial,materialistic girl who has played with my feelings.Thank you to the guys who have posted their precious personally experience in Russia/Ukraine. Most people are the average Joe, who go to the FSU and visit these girls, I mean they might have a basic 3 bedroom house, 20 years old in the middle of the suburban sprawl in a large city and drive around in a Toyota or Nissan SUV but there are no 2 storey mansions or BMWs and people are carrying a lot of debt and making significant loan repayments out of there wages. People who have the luxury mansions and cars don't need to go to the FSU to find a wife, they hook the local girls because they have the money too. Honestly, if there were statistics available on how many millionaires go to FSU and find a marry one of there women, it would be very few. The FSU culture is so different to ours. In most Western countries there are no opera or play theatres doing performances in there language which is very popular there so they will miss going to the theatre and they will miss the social networking of there friends and family. Make no mistake, you are pulling them out of there comfort zone and social/cultural enviroment they have always known from birth and placing them into a totally alien enviroment in the West where really the only thing they know is McDonalds! Hence a lot of these marriages will not last...you really have to be a special catch for them to stay with you and being the average Joe is not enough to make it last...to be very poor living with the average Joe in debt is very bad for them! A quote from my former Krivoy Rog girl "If you are a poor or penniless man, I will not agree to create family with you...to be poor is very bad for me!" but poor is a relative term, if you don't have the 6 figure salary and give her $1000 a month allowance, I think you will not make the grade! ( many 6 figure salary guys are in a lot of debt and a lot of money goes to loan repayments, generally the more you earn, the more expensive lifestyle you have and the more debt to fund it and at the end of the day the 6 figure salary might look great but if you are forking out hundreds a week on mortgage repayments and credit card debt, theres little left over and she won't understand she can't have her 1000 bucks a month to spend because theres no money left in the kitty!) PS: The FSU girls don't understand the lifestyle and financial ways of the west, FSU is a cash based culture with no credit, they don't understand debt as we know it..THEY HAVE NO IDEA TOTALLY OF THE COSTS OF LIVING IN WESTERN COUNTRIES SUCH AS THE STATES AND AUSTRALIA ETC....THEY LIVE IN A DREAM WORLD WHERE THEY THINK OUR FOOTPATHS ARE PAVED IN GOLD AND THEY WILL NOT LIKE OUR SUBURBAN VILLAGES WITH NON EXISTENT PUBLIC TRANSPORT, MILES FROM SHOPPING CENTRES OR CITY, THEY CAN'T WALK ANYWHERE AS ITS TOO FAR AND THEY DON'T UNDERSTAND YOU HAVE TO SERVE YOURSELF IN THE SUPERMARKET, NOT LIKE IN BIG COMMUNITY MARKETS IN FSU WHERE SHOP KEEPER GETS EVERYTHING FOR THEM!( some of the shopping practices in the FSU are early 1900s practices before supermarkets where invented in the West by our standards ) I have watched videos on the FSU, Russia and Ukraine and saw how they go about there daily lives and these were made at most 2 years ago...I am not insulting these girls but there lifestyle and culture is very different to ours, bare that in mind if you choose to marry one! aussieman41 Member send PM   block PM add to buddies Send: 10/7/2007 11:44:20 AM   A footnote about the city of Krivoy Rog in Ukraine, not small in population at around 700,000, I did my research on it and only in 2006 did a thing like "a western supermarket" open there. They have a single McDonalds on Gagarin St in the city centre, just the one restaurant and where I live in Australia, there 3 McDonalds all within walking distance serving a suburban area of about 40,000 people, plus 2 Kentucky Fried Chicken stores and 2 Burger Kings! Theres only also one private rental apartment available at $65 USD a night and very few hotels to stay out, most in very shit sub standard! Any guy considering a Krivoy Rog girl is going to have a lot of problems getting accomodation and transport as there is no airport there, you must fly into Dneproprovisk and hire a bus/taxi for a 2 hour ride to K.R. Unless you can stay with a girl in K.R in her flat you are in trouble, the place is very problematic to get too and find a roof over your head! Many large cities outside of Moscow and Kiev, have a long way to go to catch up to the shopping standards of the west. Moscow and Kiev are very westernised or say Europeanised and they don't represent the far majority of "real lifestyle cities" in the FSU and you can't use them to gauge the real thing over there! I am not putting all these girls down! What I am saying is, you really have to seriously weigh everything up when you go to the FSU with intnetions of trying to find a wife. These are emotionally smart women, they will not marry the first Western guy they see and they will each have there own specific requirements in a man but generally if you are poor or penniless you have no hope there..that is poor and penniless by there "dream standards", what they think is poor. They are not going to accept you if you live in a crappy run down apartment in Manhattan or whereever in a polluted, over crowded city. ( apparently there can be as many as 96 million rats in New York city, I watched a show on dirty jobs last night and they had a New York pest exterminator hunting rats in New York apartments and they were as big as cats!) Thank God no rats where I live in suburbia! Take a good look at yourself and your living situation before you embark in search of a FSU wife...are you rich enough for them and do you live in something decent? Krivoy Rog does have an airport just no scheduled air services. There will be a number of apartments for rental there despite them not being accessible via the internet, ladies will know how to source apartments locally. A guy must not fly into Dnepropetrovsk, KR is equal distances from Dnepropetrovsk & Zaporozhye airports, Dnepr has direct international air services whilst ZP is literally Kiev, Moscow or Turkey, but if a guy is flying thru Kiev then he may as well jump straight in a taxi from Borispol. So what if it has only one McD's, is that where you take your ladies for dinner, don't forget that the UA economy prevents people from dining out. The markets and supermarkets I visited while there a few small differences such as attendants to weigh and price fresh produce and meat cutters like we used to have before all of our meat was watered down and had to be put in plastic to keep all of the water added. and for a foreigner like me it is Russian roulette choosing water without getting mineral or carbonated garbage. And they do not ask if you want paper or plastic, they ask if yo want to buy a bag. As for McDonalds there may be a reason there are not many of them. A friend who is an Interpreter there tells me that McDonalds is great if you need a free clean restroom but do not eat the food!!! After eating Ukrainian food I totally agree with her. I have not been to Krivoy Rog so cannot comment on it but here is a post on another site http://www.brama.com/travel/messages/1188.html posted by a man who flew to Kiev and then took an overnight train to K-R. I have taken trains from Kiev and I will add to his account that you can go outside KBP airport and on the right hand side of the parking will be a bus that will go to the train station for a very reasonable price. Train tickets are difficult to read if you do not know the language but Ukrainian people are eager to help and a few know English. The women there are not all scammers and they are not all perfect and ready for marriage. They are all individuals. Many are raised with desirable family goals that only a few western women possess. Only a few are overweight because they only use the restrooms at McDonalds and do not eat the food. If the same mentality as is used many times on the FSU women would be used if you came to the United States and met Jack the Ripper then everyone in the United States would be assumed to be an ax murderer. There seem to be two distinct problem areas. Women who want only money and and deceive for it and men who want only sex and deceive for it. too bad the two do not meet maybe they could trade money for sex and both would be happy except Boris who is pretending to be a lady. He may get more than he bargained for.
