All is virtual, there are no real contacts with ladies inside just suspected virtual messages. For example I've received a charmming letter from a top model that claimed she was interested in my profile and when I suggested to get acquainted using my mail box she replied this : "Hi XXX, I prefer to communicate through the website ..." It's useless to say that the continuation of her letter was not free, but 15 credits !!! over $ 20 just to read a prewritten letter from a virtual girl, it's very funny ... I would say ridiculous !!! Most girls that you write will only be interested in writing through the site and that is all. Even the girls who show interest in meeting with you will eventually just disappear and stop talking to you. Especially the girls from Kiev. I think girls from this city are just bombarded with letters and the competition is so high you don't stand a chance with them. If you make it to 15 paid letters and get their contact information, you ever rarely get it all (I mean phone, email and address) They usually only give you their email and that's all. Which is basically useless because the girl will not answer your emails but will of course still talk to you through the agency. I have only had a couple of women who ever talked to me away from the site by email and phone. Also if a girl actually wants to meet you she wants it all to be arranged through the agency (apartments, interpretors, etc.) which is never a good sign to me. A girl I had wrote to for awhile (who I'd never met) wanted be to pay for her english lessons at 350 dollars a month, I did not go through with it. The only good thing about the site is the intro letters are free to open, it doesn't cost you money to send a letter and you can see how many men she is writing to by how high the cost goes up to open a letter from her. This way you can tell if she is lieing to you or not. A good example is I got an intro letter from a girl and I started to talk to her at 6.25 a letter. She told me I was the only one she talks to and is interested in (which I never asked her about but she told me this first) but the cost to talk with her has risen to 19.00 on the site now! I'm definetly not the only one! I would really not recommend this site at all. Unless you enjoy spending money writing some letters to someone you will probably never meet with. Last year I set up 3 seperate profiles and e mail accounts at army of brides -my real profile and the two e mail accounts with a picture of an 80 year old bloke which I copied from a nursing home web site and another of a bald bloke in wheelchair and I stated in my profile that I liked to go water skiing, hangliding and Gymnastics-AND I got the SAME replies from the same ladies to ALL of my seperate e mail accounts on Army of Brides. I was given contact information on the ladys I have requested with no problems. Why would you need to use a marriage agency?? I actually spoke with the person who owns the agency this girl was at - the girl is a friend of the agency owner so was writing me directly, she actually told me to stop writing her at the agency and gave me her email address, so yes I think there are some honest ones. She actually said "do not waste any more money writing me at the agency, here is my email address" so if that is not honest not sure what is... Almost all dating agency or their brides is scam. The industry of acquaintances has rotted through. They are professional hunters on money of foreigners. They are hungry sharks like. I have been speaking to a girl who is 28 and has one daughter. It seems that someone like this would be more likely to consider a relationship with someone from outside Ukraine. She also speaks and writes pretty good English so I think that helps with getting to know someone from outside Ukraine. She has also not asked for any money and spends her own money so we can keep in touch. So I do not think every girl on these sits are a scam. I have wrote to other girls who definately were scam people. What part of Ukraine are you from?
