I have a little experience in this area with the Russian men when I patrol the parks with a friend who is a park ranger. I found it amusing that my friend was surprised how they will lie right to his face and not give a thought about it. he don't think very highly of the people from that region but he did notice how good looking the women were. Ive spoken to many a Ukrainian women before finding Anya, some that were just friends and some that may have been more but turned into the road not traveled. But I learned a lot of Ukrainian (and Russian) culture. Maybe Im wrong, maybe Im right but this is what I have picked up. The men dont have to try very hard to get a woman there. Pretty much a dime a dozen type thing and they know it. A man that is remotely decent, has a job, and isnt abusing the crap out of them pretty much has it made. In many of the smaller cities, many of the men have a wife plus a younger mistress. Basically the mistress just wants a man period and the wife puts up with it so she isnt on the street next. The women hate it but not much they can do. Russian men have attitudes quite like their Asian counterparts. Think of the stereotypical Asian man. He talks, the woman walks behind and does what he says type thing. This may not be the complete case in the big cities like Kyiv due to the huge amount of foreigners but you can bet its happening in the smaller cities. Im talking 200-300k cities. When I was in Kyiv, I remember seeing an odd sight. There was an older man, maybe 40ish and a younger beautiful blonde woman, maybe in her 20s. The guy was bald, absolutely nothing special to look at all. The woman was wow. He was basically pushing her off him and belittling her while she chased him begging him down the street. Wow. In America, that guy wouldnt get the time of day, much less from a beautiful woman. In Ukraine, its a dime a dozen and the self esteem takes a dive as a result. Ive often laughed thinking about it. Russian/Ukrainian men consider themselves so sauve but they really look like ass. I mean bad. In the west, they wouldnt get a woman under 200 lbs. I mean, built like teenage boys and just do not keep themselves up. The you have American woman that consider themselves so hot and think a man should labor for her. Compare her to a Ukrainian woman and the AMerican woman isnt fit to clean the Ukrainian womans floors looks and body wise. And education wise 9 out of 10 times as well. The attractive ones hold most of the cards and were almost always with an attractive man. The attractive girls with jobs hold all the cards. But if it makes you feel better to put down Ukrainian men then more power to you. But instead of putting down a man with a hot woman, wouldn't it be better to study him. Part time prostitution is rampant in Kiev… stop in the "River Boat" during the week and you will see the amateurs selling their wares for 150 euro. Incidentally all the pros are in the nicer hotels during the late evening hours. I am curious what in that statement was BS in your opinion? wife_buyer, of course not all Russian/Ukraine men are bad. I know of many faithful husbands and good fathers and providers. However I do feel this number is only about 35% of the men, and a great many of those guys are taken. The number one reason Russian/Ukraine women over 25 will look for a foreign husband, for at least the next two generations, will be as a direct result of the way that Russian/Ukraine men treat these women. Excuse me??!! I know Queen Street pretty well, and you are dreaming. Of course there are plenty of attractive women in Auckland but, even after all the stories and looking at the websites, I still couldn't believe my eyes when I got to Russia. I did see a lot of attractive women when I was there. Even what some would consider average for fsu would be consider an attractive women here. maybe it is because I am older or have a different view of what I think is attractive but I was not disappointed when I was there and can hardly wait to get back. it makes for a very interesting vacation. where else can you see the architecture of those churches and older buildings for the money. Even more of a worry is a visit to Eastern Beach or Maritai on the weekend. Will there be a blondie in the next generation? Thankfully we have the North Shore. But back to Russia and travelling the metro in Moscow and St Pete, Nothing out of the ordinary here. Travelled down to Stalingrad armed with camera. I wanted to perpetuate, for back home, the idea of all these beautiful women walking around. So instead of just taking pictures of buildings I thought Id wait for some attractive women to walk by an candidly include them in the pictures. Well I waited and waited and waited. Wandered around the central train station, the center of th city, the park, cafes, market. Nothing. Eventually a sank in "f88kme boots" walked by and so I included her. I still think they are the prettiest girls I have ever seen in my life even after all of my past troubles with them. I will never change my opinion of that anyways.
