I asked him what to do to remove this girl from the website & get her blacklisted so it doesn't happen again & again to the next man. He said send me the proof & get a police report. Ok that was a reasonable demand which I was willing to accept as responsibilty of a owner of a website & marraige agency. So I hired a lawyer in Odessa who did the leg work. The thing is, these people should be responsible & honest with their clients, it is not the case, the main reason is the want to profit out of all the girls & make the most of it. We all know the famous agencies for this. So I contacted my lawyer & have informed him to get a police report since I don't live in Ukraine. But now after telling Kevin about the police report, he demands he wants more proof that this girl has cheated you by making money out of you??? I mean his demand was he wants proof & a police report! I have videochat recorded/phone bills/letters/pictures/ not counting my expenses(airline ticket) & now he wants proof that she made money of me??? What is next? Maan come on, you are protecting this girl basically to profit from her, nothing more? Another agency scam in the works. Is the girl also on Khersongirls? Or is this a separate girl only on Khersongirls? Since she is from Odessa, is she on the Odessa2 affiliate there? Did this happen when you were a client of Khersongirls? So you've got your records of videochat and phone bills etc! Who were you paying the monies to for videochat .... her or Anastasia? Regardless if your phone bills are for calls to her or an agency you don't seem to have any proof that she gained financially from your communications, you didn't pay any monies to her, whilst unlikely she could be an innocent victim much the same as you are, her only "crime" might have been to be "dating" multiple guys at the same time, that isn't a crime! Yes, you have been scammed by well known scam organisation "Anastasia", proving it is a different matter entirely though. The best you may hope for is to blacklist her on a blacklist, you're voicing your grievances on this forum but this forum isn't a blacklist, if you Google for "Russia Blacklist" then the results are places where you may blacklist her, and Anastasia, and without further expense to yourself. khersongirls Member send PM   block PM add to buddies Send: 10/18/2009 8:41:25 PM   I am aware of the complaint and waiting to read the police report. The lady is : Elena 1051 24 yr old blonde (model, photo posted on site) This is the 2nd complaint on file for Elena though Anastasia web site. No complaint from Men who have met her in Kherson. Other clients meet her in person in Odessa. So I do see a pattern. The other client gave her a gift value ($200) plus time and effort. But it didn't work out. The pattern I see is Aweb may be using her to bait men to pay for services. (Imagine that !!).. Complaint states that client spent a lot of money though Anastasia web (not my site) to contact, video chat and exchange letters. Spent money on trip to Odessa. Client sent one request though my site to find out if Elena was interested in him. Her response was No. My office does not tolerate any attempts to scam clients. Therefore the ladies are aware that they should only respond yes to men that they are interested in. Other agencies may pressure ladies to respond yes just to make more money. Money given to Elena. (none reported) Financial Gain for Elena (None noted) Gifts Accepted by Elena. (Yes, up to $200 in value) Agree to meet in other cites. (Confirm as a Yes though Aweb, None though my agency that I am aware of) What I have is a man who is upset that he spent money though a well known scam agency to a lady and went to visit her. Not sure if they meet in person as I don't have a clear answer. I have no proof that it was Elena or Anastasia web sending the letters. History shows a policy of false letters writing on behalf of ladies though Anastasia web site. But I do have facts that she has meet Men in Odessa. Until I can read the police report and see where Elena was scamming or involved in a scam. I can not blacklist a lady. What I have done is put a warning notice on her profile and removed GIFTS as an option for this lady. But I don't feel she was in it for the money. A lady may invite a man to meet in person. I wouldn't marry a lady unless I meet her in person myself. But I can not blacklist a lady for inviting a man to meet in person. As in many cases; it is when you meet in person then you really know if you are compatible. A typical Man will meet many ladies during his search. A typically Men will get upset with a lady who meets many men during her search. Girls on the site from other agencies I have stayed away from. The girls I have contacted on Kherson girls I feel are legitimate. I had issues before using Khersongirls because I had to use paypal and Kevin had a background check on me. Mine is a common name and it took a while (only a day or two) for him to complete his check. That was enough to make me angry but in the end I like his use of the background check. I met several Kherson girls and I still use his service. Like so many of the posts stated here...do not send money...do so at your own risk. Kevin even has he's doubts about them himself. It seems to me that the word WEB, is well used because everyone is sharing/ buying profiles in order to expand the database. Why would agencies want to do this for? I have to agree with Danny 100%. Actually I have had this discussion with Olga and Oleg that womens names shouldn't be put in this forum at all as scammers. What stops a guy from listing a girl as a scammer just because the chemistry didn't mix between them? Nothing, but the girl will be labled a scammer and unjustly so. There is no need to list a woman here at all!! If you want to check up on them there are a myriad of websites that have scammer info, email addresses used etc. I know of a woman in Mariupol that was listed as a scammer. She turned down a weirdo lawyer to marry an electrician in North Carolina, they are still together some three years later. Yep she was a real scammer. Information passed on these forums need to be trusted but verified. There are different ways to do it, everyone will have their own ways. Just because one guy says she's a scammer doesn't make it so. Hell if you beat a guy long enough he'll tell you he started the Chicago fire. I would hope in the future the moderators would delete all threads listing any woman as a scammer. I think the problem here is that Shaz, through lack of experience, was naive enough to not, in the first instance, research Anastasia, even if by means of a simple search engine which would have provided more than enough information, and then believe in the 'mail order bride' hype whereas he had asked her to marry him, he had even prepared and paid for marriage paperwork, and he had yet never set foot in Ukraine never mind met with the lady! We see it all too often, just on this forum alone, a passing 'tourist' will pop in, post that Miss ABC is a scammer, and then p1ss off never to be heard from again, are these guys genuine, are they just angry, who knows because they never hang around long enough to find out. Were Shaz to, even belatedly, do some search engine research of Anastasia then it would be pretty obvious, to even a fool, where any deception took place but, it seems, he's shooting from the hip wanting to blame any party involved, any party that is except himself. Shaz has absolutely no evidence that the lady received any payment, he has no case against the Kherson agency because, as I understand it, he never had financial dealings with that agency and, indeed, his financial dealings were with Anastasia. Well how 'rocket science' is it that he research Anastasia, realise that he's been yet another duped victim of Anastasia, and add to the blacklisting of 'Anastasia' not that it is necessary because the name of Anastasia is blacker than black already. The lesson to be learned here is never to part with money until some research has been done of the organisation one is paying the money to, how difficult can that be? First back in 2008 when I joined anastasiadate I started to write to 4 girls, one of them is still registered now! Than there was Anna Moieseenko who broke my heart, ok I got over it, somehow she deleted her profile. Ok acceptable I guess she didn't expect that from these so called letters a man can & will go to other side of the world to meet her, she got scared & called it quits!!! Now everybody knows about me & Elena Matsuk, same thing happened with her she deleted her profile - what didn't I do for her, it was mind boggling correspondence even the aweb staff admit that they have never had a one & half year letters exchanging not mentioning gifts video chat etc. Everyone can read the fiance forums - mentality behind khersongirls owner etc, & you will get a better picture. She got afraid of me since I hired a professional lawyer & threatened her to take liable actions in Ukrainian court which would affect her job hiring & personal bank loans through my personal connections - touch wood I had those contacts, got even like the American way sue or get sued! She gave up & deleted her profile too. She broke my heart #2. Than there is Eugenia from aweb she like to talk about hobbies interests and anything beyond is too much for her, I keep following her online but she has profile. Somebody go out with her. Than there is Nina who also deleted her profile. One profile after another over a period of 3 years & spending $6000. I know about 14 girls personally who coz of Me deleted there profiles. You see the fact remains when a wow girl is in another part of the world, her mind is saying subconsciously get the most from these guys! If you meet her one on one it's a totally different story. Now I am graduate computer science major not a dork or a fool, so you decided to hit on exactly the same level type of girls in Toronto where I live, my god they are stuck up or playing hard to get!!! Now I can speak a little Russian but if I am having difficulty with above my league girls than I don't want to take chances in Russia or Ukraine. I could have got depressed but I am too smart for that maybe coz I am in position that I am young still and have a little money. Now don't get me wrong - money does not buy happiness but it sure makes you feel happy. So I calculated why shall I take chance and lose $4000, so I saved it and bought myself a BMW 5 replaced my volvo s40, seriously man I love this car, when I drive in downtown Toronto or park near Starbucks girls look at me like crazy it's just a matter of time when I'll make my move. This car has changed my sad letter writing to going out personality I am just glad I didn't go to Ukraine touch wood, now remember I am a working professional and at the same time totally in control of my feelings on these girls, one has to be very careful who or what they dealing with?
