Then go to Facebook and VK and put up signs that anyone who is of age cannot talk to anyone underage, or they will be arrested. There is one serious law here that I can think of. Pedophelia or sexual interest in children is serious and I have done none of that. It only exists in your thinking, not mine. Look at my posts over and I never said such a thing. Others did. Because of you, I looked it up. The age of consent for Russia and Ukraine is 16. I thought it was 18. That means some of the girls I am talking to are not underage at all. I looked for English speaking people, and people found me as such. These girls in question are just two or three, but they are the most talkative. They think English speaking is a big deal, and it is. From my experience in Ukraine, speaking English is less than 5-10%, if that. They want to visit the world. They want to travel the world and see different places and they think being able to speak English will get them there. Some think they will be able to get a job as an interpreter anywhere. As many of you know, they are in for a rude awakening. How many jobs can you think of whose major requirement is speak Russian and English? Scammers have been a big subject here. I have been forgiving of scammers at the individual level because they are operating on need (or the desire to get ahead as most of us want). How did most get there? It is at the business level and not at the social level. Unless they work on their own or you separate them from the agency, they are at the business level to some degree. When these girls graduate college, from studying English, and look for work, what do most of them find? Agencies. They are the future workers, managers and owners of agencies. Do you want to get rid of scammers? Start with before they become scammers.
