Something seems to be not quite right, a very good friend of mine went to ukraine now, in May, he is meeting her there, but to me it seems that she is a scammer, the way she acted, what she said in the last emails and what she asked for in her last emails - lots of expensive cosmetic and some other things...got pissed off literally when he could not bring her those things. He said that thye met for 2 days already and she took him to expensive places, brought her friends who he was of course paying for, offered going to Odessa and other nearby cities which would be a very expensive thing for him, and this all brings lots of doubts and concerns...need help, did you hear about her??? Will kiwinorth Member send PM   block PM add to buddies Send: 5/13/2013 8:25:52 PM   Will, sometimes one needs to run these things out, the only hurt that will come from this is his wallet and pride,, just try to be a good mate and dont patronize him when he's finally worked it out. some people need to learn the hard way,, at least hes having some sort of adventure, part of it may be a silly dream but hey hes somewhere real different.. i will tell ya about a guy i came across here. i just come back from Russia, in the semi lower region when America had battleships in the black sea and Moscow was teaching a certain region a lesson, destroying this regions capability in using its forces for killing pro-moscrats, it was a meaty ending to uprising that thought they had backing from America to be independent. the riots in Ukraine were bloody serious when these American ships docked in at "Odessa i think" after the main conflict,,, the people just did not want them there. Russia also moved ships closer to them,, it was a interesting watch from over there. the world media was having a ball with cold war stuff.. anyhow after all that i was back in NZ, my computer was broke so i went to local a internet cafe for a quick email check. i overheard a guy speaking to a woman helping doing stuff on a computer next to me. anyhow this guy was communicating to a Russian woman and was become very concerned. when i finished my stuff, i went up to him and her, asked are you communicating to a Russian girl. for a bit things were a little tense and it seemed i needed the bash. he calm on me when i said i just come back from this region a week ago(bit unbelievable) anyhow he said things are erupting over there and shes in serious danger by????. after they explain to me a little more i then told him the place is fine, the conflict is in Georgia alone, not Russia,, i have been in the region you speak of for many months. he had problems believing me but my conversation could not be dealted for everything i came out with was far beyond his knowledge of these girls or of Russia to Russian politics. it seems this girl was wanting $2000 from him to flee to good old New Zealand. he was about to send it that day. i gave him my number after saying shes scamming you, and tried to get them to ask some good hard questions about visa's and stuff, and also talk to our immigration on the chances of her getting a visa for his sake of mind. he rang me some days later trying to figure out either to confirm or not if he should send this money. you see even with what i came him he was determent to do what he thinks is right. theres nothing one can do for someone that really needs learning the hard way.. i told him to give the bucks to charity of some good cause if you feel you really need to send it or better fly over yourself,,,, that was my last words to him. what ever he did, your guess is as good as mine,, actully i think someone went clothes shopping... but Will, at least hes has gone over, if its bad at least he will get more from it, a trip to a fantastic place. lonelyranger1701 Member send PM   block PM add to buddies Send: 5/13/2013 9:43:27 PM   Will,,,, I recognize the last name of that girl,,, and “IF” it’s the girl I’m thinking of,,, then she’s Nikolaev’s pride and joy!! A scammer that has changed her name dozens of times,,, by just a letter or two. Look on this site,,, “Fiance.com“ ,, at the “Miss Wow” and I’d bet it’s the blond girl!!! Maybe she wants to make sure that the guy knows how to take care of her and is not some broke and greedy loser. JohhnyUtah, maybe she wants to make sure the guy knows how to take care of her, but it seems she wants to have a big party time instead...she assured him before she does not need money, she needed only his big heart, seems now all she needs was his money - and he was saving his hard earned money for more than a year to be able to come meet his "girlfriend"! I did a search for her and was not able to find her either,,, then I input her Id no. and there she is,,, online even. I know how these websites work,,, they cover their asses rather quickly! Lucky for me I know from experience and wrote down her name, Id no. and kept a few photos! On this site,, you can search for a certain Id no.,,, but only after you do a search for someone. Look for the little box at the bottom. Look for her in scammer watch lists,,, her face appears often along with numerous variations of her last name. One thing that many women do with their multiple profiles is to reuse one or two old photos along with their new ones! What I don’t understand is why she only changes it by one or two letters each time?? “Tanya (Tania) Kovalenko” has morphed into “Inga Cowalenco” I have received letters from Kovalenko in the past, and I remember her photos. What “angrywolf” or Will hasn’t done yet,,, is to confirm if these two names belong to the same woman?? But,,,,, the girl that I posted, “Inga Cowalenco” once had the last name, “Kovalenko”! I’ll write more about her, and how I know her tomorrow. I did my homework!! Moya,,, I spent about 10 minutes looking for that girl on a scammer list and did not find her,, but I had found her in the past. It takes hours on multiple sites to be reasonably sure. During that time I found another interpreter on the list, one from 2009 in Odessa. The Kovalenko girl wrote to me several times from 2009 to 2011, and I sent a handful of replies on one occasion. She talked about living in Nikolaev, and of her family owning a summer home in the “village” which is near Nikolaev. Her family has their own wine or champagne label,,,, they won some awards too I guess. This girl was a little too needy and pushy,,,, and got upset if you didn’t jump on command. She acted very similar to the OP’s girl. Weeks or months later,, I received another letter from her,,,, but she had a slightly different name. She had a new bio or story in her profile but still had some of her old photos,, some that she still has today!! I sent a reply to her, using her previous name, asking what happened to her families’ vineyard?? Her reply was: Why are you attacking me?? Whether you have a picture or not,, personal info or not,,, none of it matters!! But what should matter, is if women jump in front of busses or jump off of balconies because they discover how dumb and absolutely rotten some Duntstalians can be!!
