At least half of the girls I correspond with have asked me to bypass Fiance.com and correspond at a private e-mail. Why do they prefer to write thsis way? I enjoy the format here - the pictures and profiles in front of me and all. Also one girl # 26276, is saying that her friend 'Tatiana' is helping her translate, and occurs internet expenses. There seems to be a request coming to help with these expenses. Any thoughts on this. I ran across an ad on the net for a "Complete no nonsence anti-scam guide to russian brides". The guy seems to know what he is talking about, and goes into a good bit of detail even without buying his book. Anyone have any experience or opiniion with this book or site? Hey, I am real new - just feeling my way along. Have a couple of good conversations going on with the ladies. But I am trying to avoid pitfals! Thanks

1: Because its much easier to ask you for money this way, BE CAREFUL !!!! 2:Dump this girl Right now !! Unless you want to endure mental and financial pain !!! 3: Yes, its a good read and should be taken to heart as fast as possible !! As should as many "Anti Scam" sites as possible. Do searches for every gilr you write to, and especially Any girl who writes to you first !!! 4: As I have said many times before, if in dount ASK !! Any questions you post here will be taken reasonably seriously ( I say reasonably because if you do ask questions that are not site related then its probable that there will ensue a very enjoyable banter of jokes flying back and forth, we do like our fun dont we Del' & Glad ? ;o)) ) ALWAYS ask if you are unsure about any FSU, Girl or site related occurance, and those of us who can hel WILL :o))) Good luck and Keep it real :o)) Tim

1.Some ladies prefer this way just because if she is using computer at work( or internet cafe) its much more quicker to click send/reseive button to check e-mails then to download the site and log in and then check account there. Some ladies do it to ask you for money( Tim is right) 2.Why not wait till she ask you for this?? If she didnt ask for money so far-may be things are not that bad. Its never late to dump somebody,give her a chance may be she didnt even mean to make you think this way. 3.There are TONS of anti scam sites with antiscam tips.There are many books on it too. You dont have to read all of them-all scam stories are quite typical. What is a really useful thing-to check in scam list and scam galleries if the lady who writes you is registered there.Internet gives lots of resourses to do it. You will not even need any agencies help. 4. Trying to avoid pitfalls do not get over-suspicious or paranoic.;-))

Ensata, by all means buy that book. But then also buy the Ultimate Guide to Nigerian 419 Scams, you might learn a trick or two here as well. Point is, maybe you should do some surfing for info first, called 'homework'. Common sense prevails, but a good start is always www.womenrussia.com , and from there the Web is the limit.

Good advise - I never liked homework much, but is a necessary evil! By the way where can I find that 'Ultimate Guide to Nigerian 419 Scams' read? I won't pay more than fifty bucks though.

you dont need a book to beat nigerian 419ers - just dont get greedy cos those who get scammed are basically the greedy ones. the concept is the same i.e. reaping from where you did not sow

"If it seems too good to be true, it probably is" Live by this rule and you will never be scammed, not ever :o))) "There is No such thing as a free lunch" is another good rule of thumb ;o)))

What about if it seems to good to be true because everything is wright. I mean my girl never asks me for cash, she says she does fine by herself, isn't in this to leave her country. Thinks about my little girl all the time. Expresses herself in detail, shes thoughtful, romantic, smart, caring, responsible. Dammit it makes me want to jump on a jet and get over there right now!!! Thats what scares me a little bit..almost seems too good. And on top of it all, every time I see her my jaw hits the ground. shes beautiful..

Crash mate !!!! I didnt mean that sort of too good to be true !! By the positive things you say it sounds as if you have found a real Gem !! Hold on tight mate and never let her go !! I was actually refering to the 419 Nigerian scams !! Where they offer huge amounts of cash for helping them "get money out of a bank account in their country" Thats what I was refering to Not women ;o))) Chill my friend :o)) No one here would be any more happy for you than I if you have found the perfect woman, and I hope very much that you have :o)) Good luck mate :o))) Tim

LoL, I see what your saying my friend.. I guess I'm beginning to get a little nervous. Just waiting for my visa now so I could get my ticket. Its getting more real now. I mean, I was always serious about going.. but now its getting to counting down time. The dates set , shes well into planning for my arrival. Its getting close. I cant believe Im gonna travel around the world for her... but as long shes on the other side waiting for me, its going to be worth it..

Crashnsplash, I can understand your feelings very well and I can imagine, how impatient and nervous you are! Just think - you will meet each other in person! You will look into each others' eyes and touch each others' hands... It is so romantic to meet someone on the other part of the world..It is so difficult to find your soul mate, your Only One. I sure will dma, this seems to be the only place I can talk about all this. My family is against what im doing and noone I know can relate to what I'm doing. Thanks Ultra, I'm really hoping she is the one for me. I'm already thinking about how hard it will be to leave her behind when I come home. Now I'm starting to worry about this whole joke visa process were going to have to go through to get her here to where I live.

Indeed, there are few places or few souls that can identify or understand why some opt for this alternative approach having exhausted local women. I've told my sister and she's happy for me but I suspect she's a bit dubious - there's absolutely no way I'd tell my brother at this stage as he's the biggest *iss taker going. ;) I'm not sure how I'm going to explain jumping on a plane - I'll just end up doing it.

No-one has ever asked me for money, implied that they want leave their country and now that I have narrowed it down to 3 , all on private email, there letters are very personal and full of detail, maybe, because al the ones I have written to qualifies jobs, this makes them less likely to need money, none have mentioned the cost of internet cafe, teanslation, maybe I am lucky

Have had comp problems for a day or two, so I have a lot of reading and catching up to do !!! :o))) I am with you both, Crash and Del' !! Im in the same place you two are, and within the next 3 weeks I hope to be with my Natasha :o)) Maybe even within the next 2 !! Depends now just on the visa, which is in proicess as we speak !!! I am meeting one of mine in Holland next week, she obtained a visa to meet a friend who got married and is living in the Netherlands, so I may be joining the rest of you lucky lads, looking back at my previous postings, I must either type slow or proof read my notes, letters missing, words spely incorrectly.:)
