I have come to the conclusion that http://www ukraina-ladies com/ is 89% a total faud and rip off. Why? Because there is a general reaction for the girls to keep ypou writing so they make money. Their questions and replies are just fluff and not even personal intrest questions. You will find this when you ask exact questions and these questions are not even answered after they have been asked several times.
Credits for letters. The site says it is "only" (example only) 10.25 credits. Surprise surprise ... this also equates to
Ask the ladies; who have no cost to open letters; if they would pay this exorbitant cost; each says NO!
When you are lucky enough to obtain the direct contact information; the ladies refuse to use it. Even when you supply the translation.
They say it is to hard to write in their own language; they have email problems; they do not have connectivity; on and on and on. Those who come up with these uneducated responses, I totally believe are frauds and it will not improve.
I will take an educated guess that you have never been to Ukraine. My advice is if you are going to use a site then use this site. They do not censor letters, you can write anything you want, email address, skype ID, phone number etc. etc. Become a VIP member. According to your cost estimates that would be less than five letters at the most and you can open and send as many letters as you want. Yes it's true that there are not as many girls here but you can learn without going broke how these girls think. I have met many "real" girls from this site. I hope this helps and best of luck to you!!

I think it has become more and more difficult to find genuine women here.
I have email contact with a couple of girls and all have now told me how agencies
try hard to block messages containing email addresses.
They even tell girls that they are not welcome to the agency if they send their email address.
The agencies don’t even want honest or sincere women,,, because they don’t bring in enough money!
With all of the troubles in Ukraine, you would expect western men on Vk or fb to be stampeded by FSU women. But that’s not the case,, in fact, I probably get the fewest friend requests from the FSU.
"They do not censor letters, you can write anything you want, email address, skype ID, phone number etc. etc."
After having been a VIP member for a year, nobody on here has provided me an email address, skype ID, phone number, nor even their full name nor address. I seem to have the same end result as the PPL sites. I do get a lot of one sentence messages.
Ask them! If they are interested in you they will give you the information. Before I came here I talked to at least 5 girls on Skype. Also via email. I have even talked to some by phone (the girls that speak English). I have met 8 or 9 girls in person that I have communicated with. The girl I am seeing now I met on this site. After meeting me she deleted her profile. Now I do not use this site very much as far as looking for girls to date. I think I have found the right one. Wish me luck! This girl is 100% real, she has never asked me for anything. It's all a numbers game. The more you write to the more chances of finding a decent woman. Good luck to you dcguy, you seem like the real deal.

Happened the same to me, so I move on to another similar site and it was kind of lucky.
Moya,,, if I remember correctly,, you didn’t go through an agency,,, you were independent? I don’t know the numbers,,, but I’m thinking that 90%+ go through an agency,,,, so what you wrote may not work with them.
Perhaps the thing to do,, is to search for women that don’t need an agency,,, however, they don’t give that as a search option.
"They do not censor letters, you can write anything you want, email address, skype ID, phone number etc. etc."
I do not believe that!
I only went through one agency on this site,,, so my results are limited, but I found misspelled words like (soem and liek),,,, how could a translation program misspell easy words? Then the writing style of girl did a 180 for the last few months
I have done this many times. For the free sites where translation fee scams are plentiful, I get many messages with photos. Then, of course, comes the request to pay to continue the correspondence. I have also given it out at PPL sites, but have only received one outside message from a lady who later was deleted from the site. I have also given it out on monthly fee sites (like this one), but have never received any messages.

I think that timing and chance are also involved. The site has a large number of inactive profiles. There appears to be a somewhat high turnover rate on this site. The only ones who do respond are those that seem to be on video chat nearly every day.
"Happened the same to me, so I move on to another similar site and it was kind of lucky."
So goes the phrase, "your mileage may vary". I have some rather different results from several free dating sites which I will post soon.

I did search for independent ladies on the site. Never got any responses because so many of them are inactive. I also could never find "VIP ladies" (those are free to correspond without buying a membership). When I first logged on, there was one middle aged lady who was a VIP status from the former FSU (probably Kazakhstan). She posted a risque photo of herself on the profile.
I don’t recall any limitations on who I could write to on this site, when I had the VIP membership.
As for independent women, and women that spoke fluent English, most of them seemed to be a little snooty and not in any hurry to relocate. I have no time for women that might say “maybe” after a year or two!

DC, your are right;therefore, take in consideration the 20/80 Rule...psst Pareto principle
Folks,
In my opinion, 80% of the profiles you could find; not the marry kind versus the other 20% genuine type. Nerveless, all these ladies are 100% unavailable relationship.
"Perhaps the thing to do,, is to search for women that don’t need an agency,,, however, they don’t give that as a search option."
I did notice one thing about this search option. Since my paid membership expired recently, the search option for independent ladies has disappeared. That option only shows in the search when you are a paid member. That means if you are free member, you have to search for independent ladies profiles manually.
I did not take a single business course in college. If you say things like Avogadro's number, Planck's constant, Grignard reagent, L'Hopital's rule, Kreb's cycle, then I would be more familiar.
"More generally, the Pareto Principle is the observation (not law) that most things in life are not distributed evenly.
What does it mean when we say “things aren’t distributed evenly”? The key point is that each unit of work (or time) doesn’t contribute the same amount. In economics terms, there is diminishing marginal benefit.
These techniques may or may not make sense – the point is to realize you have the option to focus on the important 20%. When you are trying to optimize your bang for the buck, focusing on the critical 20% is a time-saver."
This principle could apply to the people in my workplace, but not going to point fingers at specific people.
