Thunderdome,
Ze difherense is that danny, at long last, has come out of the closet and he calls his effeminate side, his gender bender side, 'Irina' whilst he calls his dyslexic side 'Daniel' thus, to prevent any confusion, it helps if one addresses their post(s) to danny the pr1ck or danny the 'something else beginning with 'C' :)
But Martin Svetakiss and Vera-Nadia sent nice greetings to you and that is the only official appearance they made. Should you condemn them for this.
I must say that I feel very fortunate to have spell check on my computer so that even though I have a village education you guys have not started to pick on me yet.
Oz....you must be refering to the book " Men are from Mars, Women are from Venus". It does show the difference between men and women as I read it, I saw how much it was describing my behaviors, to a tee in fact. It sure showed me how to understand women. They just need to be listened to. Men have the instinct to fix/repair...not what girl wants. Anyways thought that was funny!!!
To girls in salon.....exactly what danny needed...someone to speak for him, because he can't it himself. If you are trying to convince anybody here he is a 'good' guy, save your breathe. I know of many here that dislike him( i am not like danny who hates people and countries without reason), so your 1 couple he helped, good for him, as far as the dozens he chastised here, he would not be missed.
Why am I not suprised not one negative word about danny from girls in saloon, i mean salon, he never gave me ANY indication of a positive word, only I was sick for dating girls in their 20's which I inferred to his jealousy he could not do the same.
Have a great day!!!!
Well my little dyslexic friend,
Were I, as accused by Inna, looking for a partner in Russia then perhaps I may have a better knowledge of Russian names however as I have never been to Russia perhaps that might explain my misunderstanding and, let's face it, the only reason that you are so sure that your Irina doesn't call herself Inna is because you are there and on the spot and you cannot say, for sure, that throughout the FSU there isn't an Irina that might like to be called Inna.
Danny when you ask where to get the spell check I did not know because I have it on my desktop and not on my laptop. So I looked around some. I run windows xp and mozilla firefox. With firefox open
1. click on the "tools" tab on top.
2. select "options"
3. there are icons across the top select the one on the far right that says "Advanced"
4. there are five options with boxes in front of them. Put a tick in the bottom one which says "Check my spelling as I type"
Then if you type a word it does not recognize it underlines it in red. Right click on that word it will give suggestions for proper words spelled similar. It is not as smart coming up with suggestions as Microsoft word is so sometimes does not suggest the word you need but still lets you know it is spelled wrong without derogatory information like you receive from some of the other spell checkers on here.
I looked on my Internet explorer but cannot find where to turn it on there. Guess that is why I do not have it on my laptop. It seems like the google tool bar may offer spell check also.
Oz,
Would that be an 'Amecican' spellcheck? Drives me mad, often I know that I am spelling my words correctly but the Windows spellcheck keeps telling me different and despite trying to change language on it it keeps reverting back to American English.
Yes Beemer I think most of that info came from the book men are from Mars and women are from venus. I hate the title and resisted reading such a book. I hate the way he keeps referring to being from different planets, and the book is very dry reading but the information is good. Maybe all of that appeals to women more.
Another book that is very good on the subject is "His needs her needs" It discusses the major reasons women give for divorce and the major reasons men give. Totally different. And also discusses the way we store positive and negative feelings that build into love and/or hate which explains why when one partner changes the result is not immediately reflected in the relationship.
I read a couple other books that suggested laying down on the floor and being a door mat but they did not even make very good heat in the fireplace.
I found the book interesting Oz. It is quite eye opening to read something and it describes your thinking precisely..... kind of scary. It has helped me a lot to 'try' to understand a women, which is next to impossible. I thought the movie 'What women want" was funny and at same time brought out many aspects of men and womens behaviors that are instinctual, i found many things to be true. I grew up with many sisters and was always around girls, so I did see many of their behaviors and tried to understand the decision process....and had mental breakdowns!! :)))
jet,
Did you receive the PM from me of today? I ask because whenever I send a PM my outbox number remains at the same number as it was before sending the PM.
I am not sure Martin. I do not know how to spell American English let alone British English I just assume it is right. I assumed it went off of the language and regional settings in your computer but it could be for Americans only. Maybe we need it worse.
Milk is mostly UHT that needs to be refridgerated once opened.
Butter yes, can hardly spread olive oil on bread to make a sandwich
Dogs, any creature literally, can get food poisoning
Most shop at larger, cheaper, stores a distance from home, a bus ride away, local shops maybe only for essentials.
Meat - Dog food, Chicken, Mutton, shashlik, pork, veal etc. etc. etc.
And no danny - I've never talked to a fat chick in my life.
In fact I generally carry a small bathroom scale with me, and before speaking to any woman I ask her to step on the scale. I then measure her height. Using a chart of appropriate weights and heights I then make a determination as to whether or not she is more than 5% over ideal body weight. If she IS more than 5% over, I will not converse with her.
