Gemach, why are you challenging us here. has fiance.com team ever refused to clean up site catalogue? thank you for your image recognition job. we will clean it up. always send emial to customer service. please, do not looe youtime. simply skip those ladies:) but I think Olga has answered on this subject several times. yeas, they register with different ID from time to time. sometimes they do it to be on the first pages of the search result, sometime they simply forget about their old profile, sometimes -diferent agencies register the same ladies. if we notice we do not let them. if not it goes on, and thanks to the members they report and we clean up. shaggy47435 Member send PM   block PM add to buddies Send: 12/8/2004 8:27:47 AM   Olegnay I think what they are getting at is you have control over the data base and there are very simple steps that could be taken to cross reference these mistakes and see they are corrected. Everything on your forms is in a database that can easily be manipulated to eliminate virtually all the repeats even those with slightly different information. A simple query to last name and city would find most. That is what I think they are asking is that you take the time and effort to do this so we do not waste our time looking through the repeats and the agencies that we know play games to collect money for letters to girls that either do not exsist or just want to collect there pay for writing letters. I understand that many are innocent but at the same time you advertise that every woman and agency is checked out by you. We are only asking that you honor your commitment to us and do your part to eleminate the mistakes and infomercials for other agencies. We did not sign up for ladies to sell us others services or to write letters to tranlators with desk jobs to respond to letters with canned responses. No I do not think I should have to wade through the mistakes to find the real entries. It could be automated. Instead of keeping the old adds delete them after certain period of non activity. Stop the multiple listings with simple cross referencing precautions. Make the data work for you and us. It is very simple to make these changes and it will greatly improve your service. I think you know I am a tough customer but at the same time I have recomended your site to many. I continue to support your site with my membership and am only trying to make it a better experience for all. Please consider more proactive screening, easy database management, tougher regulations for agencies and please no more infomercials for girls other agencies. It is just wrong. That is what we expect in the free listings. Again thank you for your service.
