I don't know about any men's black list, but I do recall a problem with a woman on fiance.com (id 37721) that got caught sending out too many e-mails and was removed. I had nothing to do with here case or any action taken. My bet it was a coverup just to get it over with like many are here. The difference was those were canned letters from miss Martini. My letters everyone is genuine and everyone different. The other is I have a contracted service that claims I have unlimited access to the ladies listed on their site with agency or not. If this is not the case then fiance.com should changed the service claims on their website. Neon did you read above the terms of VIP membership? Does it not say "continue email unlimited exchange with all Ladies. There is no additional mail forwarding charges as for Premium members. All images are transmitted fro free." Does this mean that if I use more than 100 I should be blacklisted and try to be eliminated from their agency that they are using fiance.com to list. My efforts here are to get clarification from Oleg what is the policy. It is unclear at best. But it is the agency with the black list not fiance.com It is just bad business and again goes against the agreements. I have written to the agency to have it corrected and will give them the chance to do so before turning anyone over. I understand this effects many more people than just me so to ban the agency would do no service to me or the others that are in relationships with them. I want for Oleg to clarify the policy and do so publicly so as the agency can see and understand that this is not tollerated. I personally have no trouble with ladies knowing how many letters I write. My problem is to be placed on a list and have them told I am not serious or refuse to forward my mail because of such. This is what is making me angry. I will drop this as I can see very little support from anyone here. I guess many are happy to just be mislead and pay for half services to go with the half truths. Oleg please close and remove this thread as I can see no good to come from it. I guess it is hard for me to drop the ideas of honest customer service. I have had many employees from there and so far everyone has lost there job not because they were not abble but they simply have very little customer service skills. I have heard this why worry so much about little problems before and maybe that plays in as well. I still think that if oleg would just say clearly that any efforts to limit our mail is wrong and state it openly to us and the agencies it would solve the issue. I am torn as I know this person revealed much of this information to me trusting I would not jeapordize his business. The simple fact is if it is true and I have no reason to doubt it was done as it was explained. I have seen that it is very common in Russia and other countries to take certain advantages and it is not viewed as wrong. But we are not doing business in Russia. He is marketing his business here and that is my point. I have no problem eliminated poor service agencies if I knew who they were. There have been in the last three months many questionable activites and the resolve from fiance.com is simply ignore them and move on. This just blows my mind. Anyway I apologize as I know guys get tired of hearing about it and to be honest I don't even think it truly effects me as they are not my closest women. But in my mind I must ask are they not because of my listing on this black list of men. My point was also that so this person does this he has told me so. I must say it takes balls to do so but at the same time it clearly oversteps my expectations of service for this site. So my next question was so if one agency is doing it what stops the others from doing the same thing effectively narrowing my chances for success and costing me more money in the end. I think my frustration is the quantity of the little things not anyone in particular. I will follow up with the agency since it seems it is between us as fiance.com has made it clear that they want me to ignore it and move on. In fairness to fiance.com I have not given them the name of the agency as I said earlier I am hopping my apeal to them will result in satisfaction. Again my concern is what keeps other agencies from doing the same. What keeps them from saying 50 letters, or 20 letters or hell any letters at all? Again I would strongly suggest that the agency be listed on all listings from those girls. I would hope it would be included in our search engine to select girls from agencies the same way we do cities or countries. I think these efforts would give us more power to find our way around the obsticles that seem to be apearing over and over. If we are the ones to do all the fishing I think we need better tools at our disposal. They of course say they cannot guarantee anyone will reply to them. I think it is clear they knew what they do was wrong but again they said for me not everyone. It is very sad. It is such a shame that it takes such effort to to get such simple customer service. I will obide by my word not to disclose them because of there efforts but again I think my success with any of there ladies is ruined at best. I will never be able to trust them that they are following through. I also would like to point out I do use an introduction letter as well. So every lady did get one letter very similar from me. But again each started with a small paragraph personally to them. Many of them only write once or twice a month and as I said we will probably only be friends but what a great place to have friends huh! I am just the type of person that I must get to know someone before I begin to see the possiblilities. Sometimes after the time it takes to become comfortable with someone it is hard to move on and not answer there letters or sometimes just say heh hows it going with there granny or whatever. I don't have current info on my IQ as I am a littl anti establishment but lets say I did qualify for MENSA. I don't know maybe the salesman in me but I do well to rember people that interest me. If you look over time my focus is honing in and soon I am sure I will write to only a few. If I could I would end it today and choose that someone but I cannot. several of those ladies are responsible for over 15 to 20 letters each so again it is very misleading. I have some that over 3 months have written 2 times but again I do not ignore any piece of mail I recieve and even junk mail is delt with without fail. Many understand and of course say they are as well. Some have even praised me for being careful and interested in true love and friendship. Yes some have called me bad names and ask if I would sleep with everyone of them as well to test them. Funny she turned out to be a hooker later. Oh well. I am told that they are willing to work with me in the contact of the ladies effected and I am feeling better about the end result. My greatest victory is I feel justice is being done and no one had to be kicked or booted because of it. I still think it would be a good idea to establish agency fields and make it part of the search but again I am learning my lessons. I am surely exposed to more of these issues because of my volume of business and I will do my best to relax and drop the subjects. I am so relieved. I guess as much as it bothers me to see it I will leave the fight up to the individuals and learn to ignore some of my higher expectations. I still think that there are issues but ok for $30 bucks I will put up with them until my current friendships pan out or disolve. I believe to show the lack of polarization there. They do not allow personal politics into the debates as I understand it. I am one of the unskilled folks bright light little direction...lol. I was solicited as a child and as I say chose to make my own way in life. Never really liked school politics and well you know the whole authority thing.
