I want to bring them here but I am sure the embassy will demand more documents than she has which include she is a single mother receiving a small sum from the government every month which to me only shows that the father is not supportive, and the document she has that shows that only she was present to register the birth and named the child with her family name, which i think they will dismiss as meaningless because it does not specifically mention custody.One thing I have learned is that they look for specific words only and if they are not there, it will result in denial. I do not want her to be crushed again because of the US government. She has already been treated badly by them.
