So, one guys who is already a millioneer her told me "You know I don't care for these men, they are no competition to me. I know that they all are barely beggars or perverts in their countries". I could not agree but could not argue with him. Mind, you - Toad, Izi, Nas, Spirit, Max, Jet, Thunder - are less than 1/1000000 part of all the people from abroad dating Russian girls. I respect all of you as well as I respect 95% of all people who were coming here to meet their brides. By the way, from all the people I know in this life I can call friends only about 7-8 people and of these 8 one half are Americans (George, Chris, Jeff if you read this - my warmest regards!) But as well I know the situation in this sphere on the whole. I've got quite a big ammount of men or better males coming through correspondence with our girls. So, believe me that I haven't seen so many REAL sexual perverts, pedofiles, mentally disabled, financially ruined people anywhere else like in this international dating. This is an awful truth. Out of 100 men only around 5-10 are more or less normal(I haven't dug in their closets). While with the girls this percentage is 80 girls out of 100 are more or less good. This is why I personally in most cases advise girls to keep corresponding with as meny men as it is reasonably possible(up to 10) not to get brokenhearted too soon. We have girls here who were abandoned for dozens time in 2 years! Why? Because one wants to see her naked finally, another is suffering from epilepcy, one more has to save for 6 months to pay 150$ for his international passport, another one is still nmarried and his wife leaves him with nothing finally. One guy has sent his lady(38 y.o. with a small child) around 20 gifts and flowers within 2 months, was swearing not to break her hear and was assuring me that he is not so stupid to fall a victim of 20 y.o. pretty fases. Finally he wrote that he found a 25 y.o. chick in Houston! And these are not exceptions, this is more a general rule. Interesting, I thought that was a male prerogative mostly. Part of a solution for that is really mastering the language, English probably, for there is a wealth of information hidden inbetween the lines normally. I would just like to address the post by Felicedate. I know several forum members personally. One on one, face to face. Each is different and has his own foibles. However each is genuine and honest. There is nothing weird I have seen with any of them. Of course I am not privy to their letters or what goes on behind closed doors but I have met a whacko or two in my life and these guys don't seem unusual. Felicedate gets to see both sides of this fence being as he is a 'broker' of sorts. However I only know what I see. Many of these women are wonderful but there are problems around every corner. Let me list them. I must go home every 2 months for several weeks. I need to send money home to mommy, way more than is necessary and it will be before I can earn a dime. I don't want to work. I want 16 kids besides the 20 I already have. I look good in the pictures but I am actually nothing like those pictures. I want to cut your balls off and wear them around my neck. I want to be the husband and I want you to give me everything. I am gorgeous and you should worship the ground I walk on. I don't want to leave I was just yanking your chain for the last year. Come and see me immediately, you don't need to get to know me at all just hop a jet. I couldn't keep house to save my life. I can't cook but I like aerobics I will make a great arm ornament. I have no idea where the natural father of my child is. I have had my sense of humor surgically removed. I am a goddess. You will know I am because I tell you even though I am maybe a 5. And on and on and on................ This is just a taste of what I have experienced so far. So before we start saying that 80% of these women are ok more or less and that the men are essentially losers in their own country let us look at the other side of the coin. Am I a loser? I guess I must be. Because I am fishing in a fished out tank? In America if you are very wealthy it is relatively easy to throw money at this problem and come up with a beautiful wife. But is she trustworthy? Do you think that Ed McManns 35 year old wife married him because she just adored old men? What about Nichole (whatever her name is)? No. I go to FSU to find a wife because there are women there that are better looking, believe in marriage and want a better future. Fortunately they are not all falling into that list above. They are not perfect and it is necessary to attack this problem with a giant sieve but they are there. The odds of the 50 year old guy with the 25 year old woman are slim. It is just a fact of life. We all want to believe the hype from the websites but it is really crap. Does it happen? Yes but it is unusual. Nas's situation is far more sensible and logical. He will be ok. If you think that Lolita with the tatas to die for will stay with you when you are 70 and decrepid forget it. I don't care where she is from they will not do it. I see a situation with these women becoming more and more aware that they can take a great deal of control in these situations. Marina tried it with me and ended up on her ass. Several others have also tried and just gone the same way. If anybody thinks that these women are any different from the American women they would be wrong. If she is gorgeous over there she realizes that and will use it. She will receive 200 letters a week and pick a wealthy guy who isn't going to give her any trouble. Same as America. My advice is to be realistic about expectations and pick a woman not a pinup model. I have personally found that with one exception (Marina) pictures lie. There is only one way to do this GO! Letters and calling proves nothing. Going is the only chance. And yes it costs money a lot of money so if you work in the BK international lounge and grill forget it. I have been seeing a lot of that lately here in this forum. If you are a kid on an allowance from daddy forget it. If you spend a lot of time doing time forget it. Let us be honest there are a lot of smoke blowers on both sides and this is only marginally better than looking in America. It is still enough so that it is worth the effort but I can see the direction that this is taking. I consider that I was lucky to have been with Marina like I was because she was so much better than many of the other loser women I have encountered. Yes losers as applied to women not men. These women must be losers because they don't have the brains, wealth or sexuality to find a man in Russia or Ukraine or wherever. It is a 2 way street. Let us not be so quick to shoot down all the guys that are looking, from what I have experienced they aren't such a bad bunch. I might add that it seems there is some truth in what the nay sayers proclaim. Let's face it, unless you are a looser and willing to accept any miserable bitchy woman then the odds are really against us finding what we are looking for here, or at least finding her quickly and easily. Even those that use a methodical and rational approach to their search sometimes get a nasty surprise.
