All I will say - without getting personal towards her - you and I are struggling to SEE girls (17 - 22) here or in US with a figure and presentation of that calibre !!
Got that right.
I think they put something in the water out there. The quantity of beautiful women is astonishing. Now the trick is getting one that isn't damaged as per my last fiasco !
Maybe this lady is the one but if not I have several other very attractive ladies I have been talking to there with one in particular.
Now I am going to press an ice bag to my head. Was it my head? Yes it was my head.
Younger FSU women are undoubtably beautiful. Not all of them but many. I think I might just take a wee peek at the mother before diving into long term commitment. You only have to take a journey on the undeground metro in Moscow or St.P to wonder whether the elderly soviet-era praetorian guard were once nubile young beauties. It seems hard to envisage. Could that be the future?
Hi everybody:) Just returned from my vacation yesterday:) I live here and I see that there are many women who have more weight then they should be...and what is scaring there are more and more such women...
why is it so? I think that because now slim shape goes out of fashion (at least I heard that on the radio):), and also I heard 2 women talk, they agreed that a woman after giving a birth to a child shouldn't look like a young girl (meaning her shapes)...and that those women who after giving a birth to a child look slim are a shame for all the women...
I think what you have heard & witnessed - are just excuses for latter day lifestyles of slothfulness and undisciplined eating and exercising patterns.
Those women have “given up” and find it easier to justify their failure to maintain there dignity and style – by trying to reverse the criticism !!!!!!
Here, here, Maxi. It is hard, though to eat healthily and cheaply, especially when you only shop in the supermarkets. Every item on the shelves should carry a Health Warning --- POISON ---!!!!

How you finding the Asian Kia (Maori for food) ???? You haven't been tempted to hop onto that Kiev flight yet ???
How long you going to base in BKK ???
Maxi
I am in HK right now setting up a showroom. Back to Bangkok on Wed. Still settling in and enjoying life.. food and all. Would love to be in Kiev and St.P and Mariupol and... and.. and hope to in the near future. ;-)) Must make a little of the filthy lucre first. ;-)
Simple solution from a former fat ass here. I was once up to 265 lbs, and the supermarket has little to do with it. Eating correctly, multiple good meals each day that I buy at the supermarket, fruits vegs, fish, chicken, a little red meat for protein, or eggs and peanut butter. You watch what you put in your mouth not how much. Also the simple solution decrease intake and increase output, solution, good foods, and excersize. No fad diet or pills will accomplish any of that. I lost that weight over five years ago, I am 6'3" and I weigh 209 lbs now, I feel better than anytime previous except my youth. When I graduated from high school I weighed 198 lbs at 47 I'm only 11 lbs heavier than that date. Also watch the types of alcohol you drink, they have a significant impact on weight loss. The liver is the laziest organ in your body but it is the most important in breaking down fats. It will choose alcohol first because it is easier for the liver to break down and store other fats in your body to try to break down at a later date. I suggest all men to suscribe to Mens Health Magazine, it is great for all areas of your life, personal, physical and sexual. Have a great day all from a former lard ass.
There is a theory that most of us are suffering from malnutrition even though the shelves are fully stocked. Why? Because the bulk of the food is devoid of any real nutrition. They strip it out during processing and have to put it back in artificially. It doesn't really work. The body still feels malnourished then craves food. So you eat more. Not only that, the tendency of manufacturers to saturate products with fat, salt and sugar means we get too much of these. The fats and sweet stuff in particular make us feel 'good' and we end up addicted to them. The body cannot deal with too much fat, especially hydrogenated fats, which it doesn't have a clue what it is, so dumps it in the fat stores.
Of course, there are lots of theories. How many 'diets' have their been in the last 20 years? About 22,000 I believe. Confusion is good for the food industry.
I do agree with Nas and admire his getting to grips with his health. A team was sent from the States to good old France to find out how it was that the French could eat all sorts of 'garbage', smoke, drink wine, yet still remain in good shape. They couldn't figure it until they tried a few restaurants. The answer? Small servings. I was astonished at the serving sizes whenever I visited the U.S.
Maybe some supermarket food is okay, IF your eliminative organs are working efficiently but most people's are not. The human body is incredibly good at taking whatever sources of nourishment there are and utilizing it. However, eating out of season, gas-ripened, tasteless fruit.. and some never seems to ripen at all... is pretty yuk. Everything is full of preservatives. Only the shelf-life, taste and presentation seem to matter and they will use whatever means are necessary to give us that. Preservatives, colourings, additives, hormones, anti-biotics, chemical sprays, irradiation, exhausted, de-mineralized soil and so on. Good food? Sorry, I don't and wont buy it.
People's tastes have been conditioned. Once you stop eating that stuff and go back to organic food coming from good soil, the difference is huge and you will notice it in your state of mind and your sense of well-being. Most people either don't know where to start or can't find the motivation. Lots of help out there. There is a saying.. 'When the student is ready, the teacher comes'. Lots of help out there. Think about it. QC
QC I don't think it is straying. There are many things involved with finding a wife from the FSU. Eating habits are one of them. When I first met Larissa I noticed her eating habits which are quite different from what I was used to a few years ago. It is exactly important for the other guys who are going over for the first time to get an early view of these womens lifestyles. They are dramtically different than those in America.
Her typical breakfast will consist of fruits, yogurt, whole grain bread and coffee or expresso.
Her lunch is of fruits and salads, and the salads are different than here. No leafy lettuce, which I found interesting.
At night, she will have mostly fish and some vegatables. She drinks mostly juices, No coke or pepsi, she is very health conscious, she gave me hell for taking a aspirin with my morning coffee. She said you take medicines only with water.
So QC you are not straying from the subject, there are many subjects that can and need to be discussed about women from the FSU.
Add all this with the constant walking, which is good excersise then you begin to understand why many of these women are in excellent shape, especially the one's in their 40's
