(Though a little reluctant to admit now and be associated with this guy.) But I think I know what he talking about. Though I don't live near him - we have resorts on lakes etc. that well-to-do people from Chicago come to visit each year. Back when I was in college - it was considered to be a plum job to be waiter or a busboy at one of these places. The pay wasn't so good but the tips were excellent. (I never actually worked there - but friends did). Today - college kids don't want to do work like that. And its difficult to find honest hardworking ones. So many bring in Russian, Ukrainian and Lithuanian women on s special type of visa (don't have specific information on it here at my findertips).
