Jefferson is a poor place though--not unlike my own hometown ( which I love) of Missoula,Montana. I have friends in New Iberia,and they actually evacuated there. Can't Fly the Stars and Bars, but the Parish can be named after it's President. As for Blaming a President for an economic situation.
