I just got an excellent fare from Birmingham to Kiev of GBP191 incl. taxes on KLM for later this month, booked it via www.majortravel.co.uk . The price on the KLM website is GBP493.50 for the same itinery!!! Over the past 24 hours I have been thru it, the best prices seem to be Alitalia, MALEV Hungarian, Czech, the Luftwaffe, and now KLM. Malev operate to Odessa also. I went for KLM because they operate from Birmingham and it is only an hour away from me and a damn site easier to cope with than Heathrow. Also, airport parking, well just off the airport, at Birmingham is a mere GBP3.10 per day.
