I myself have 3 Ukrainian sim cards that I have simply bought over the counter without providing any information regarding myself. Punch the IP info in there..you will get a city location/origin of IP address. If its Mari-El dial -up dump the girl in the garbage..its scam from Yoshkar Ola and surrounding areas..the scamming capital of Russia. Other scamming cities are Chekobsary, Russia..Kazan, Russia.
