I may say that you have forgot about another great hotel in Lugansk - Druzhba. It is considered to be better than Hotel Lugansk. You can also yahoo/google me to find my websites. figgis Member send PM   block PM add to buddies Send: 9/19/2009 6:47:01 AM   Hi i have just got back from Lugansk, i liked it there the city center was ok and the apartment was good clean and fairly well located close to all the city center shops supermarkets etc. I had a good time there with my girl and she is a genuine girl. I am aware that Lugansk has a bad reputation as a scam city. Personaly i only believe what is in front of me and my girl is as sound as a pound. The roads there are bad but that is down to lack of investment from the local government. I would say that Lugansk is an ok city and would not judge it based on previous reputation of some bad agencies and women.
