You could meet her there for Dinner and a decent show. My wife and I met a couple from this site there. Had a really decent time. If here father lives there, he probably lives in that Russian neighbor hood. Also there is an excellent Russian food store there called "Low Cost". You might run those by her. They will be sending her green card in 30-60 days. No interview and guess what Dr. Koop, no I-130 was filed. Just amazes me how little I know about this process.
