When it comes to the crunch most are scammers or not really happy to leave their country..fair enough..I would not leave Australia to go live in the Ukraine, either! I have a good life, Nasfan and meet a local girl today over a meal and a cup of coffee and we are meeting up again over the weekend. We aking her to the movies to see the new Catherine Zeta Jones flick, "No reservations" and before that we are having a meal in an Italian restaurant called "La Porchetta" We meet on MSN chat! Its a whole lot of less trouble than FSU girls..no immigration red tape, expenses of thousands of dollars and no scammers to deal with! An immigration lawyer here told me on an advice line, that its unlikely I would get approved to sponsor another foreign girl fiance as I have had one foreign fiance and marriage, you are only allowed 2 in your lifetime and its not 5 years since the official divorce date, I am not eligible until June 29th 2008 and its very hard to get a second fiance visa approved, needs lots of evidence and compelling reasons and there not keen to approve girls from Former Soviet Union Countries because of lots of problems with them, immigration scams or they just become a burden on the Government. It was a premium rate phone call but it told me everything I needed to know...$20 small price for good advice from the legal eagles mouth! The rules themselves have completely scotched my chances of success so don't waste my money or time on them! I sent a courtesy letter to Miss K.R scammer, telling it, I did not want to continue with her as we were not compatable and that a fiance visa or visit was not going to happen and forget about me! I did this, this evening and she might read her mail box over the weekend..I quietly and politely pulled the plug and did not use or mention word scammer, why bother..just quickly pull the plug with no fuss and don't look back! All girls are not smarter nasfan..they just think different to men! She only cost me $75 dart set..it was a good lesson and experience..it set it into concrete for me, not to involve myself further with foreign girls as it was not practical! Good luck with your multiple trips to FSU, sooner or latter you will get really burnt and not stand in moral judgement of me and others in this forum, nasfan! Sometimes your a hypocritical ass! Its like this, if you have been previously married to a foreign fiance/woman in Australia, you can not apply to sponsor another foreign fiance until at least 5 years have elapsed since your official court finalisation of your divorce, not from date you separated and stopped living with her. Technically, I have been living away from the ex for 6 years, thats when I left her, that anniversary is actually today, September 8th, 6 years since I left the bitch but the divorce did not happen until about 18 months latter. Heres something that some Aussies might not know about marriage here. There is a compulsory waiting period of 12 months, you must prove that you are living separate from your ex-wife and marriage has been irretreivably broken down before you can file for a divorce provided that the marriage has existed longer than 2 years. If your marriage here stuffs up and its less than 2 years old here, you have to serve a 2 year waiting period before you can file for divorce, in the meantime you have a total impediment to marriage to anyone. Also you can not successfully apply as a sponsor for a foreign fiance visa or file an intent to marry her as part of the application unless you are clearly divorced because you have to provide your certificate of divorce with your part of the immigration paperwork, smae for her, if previously married, she must put her official country divorce papers in with it as well or its not going to go any where! She thinks my foreign ex-wife should fook off back to her own country! She says it as she sees it, frank and upfront, no pussy footing around! Beemer, genius, how many guys do you think a FSU womans been sleeping with before you meet her and is still sleeping with while she writes to you and takes your money, many have boyfriends or even husbands and they play around on the net, some are husband/wife, boy/girl scammer teams out to get money and stuff. All girls have slept around before you meet them, same for guys too! aussieman41 Member send PM   block PM add to buddies Send: 9/8/2007 9:09:31 PM   I got nothing for my $75 darts set, one e-mail every 2 weeks in I am lucky because the FSU thing said it was too busy to go to the internet cafe and write letters, no personal mail from her, it does not cost that much to send an international letter even from Ukraine to Australia by air mail..it was a total waste of time and a good lesson to know when to quit. A seriuos girl would make more effort to you if you were sending her gifts and find the time, nobody is that busy. The $75 darts set was an experiment to fully sus her out and see how it responds to prevent a costly trip there, I got enough information out of that exercise, to know a trip to Ukraine would be a total waste for me and that the girl was not serious and in that time, I found scam reports on her made by other guys, they were old and did not show up in google. It was very small money for me, consider it a small gamble, I lost money on ( like making a wager on a horse race and loosing ) and its no big deal at all, what knowledge I gained from it, saved me at least 100 times more money. Its was all part of my investigative process on her to prevent a costly mistake and it worked..she took a while to be coaxed out to be forthcoming, to get the conclusive info on her to know for certain, she was no good! aussieman41 Member send PM   block PM add to buddies Send: 9/8/2007 9:18:50 PM   It pays to investigate a FSU girl beforehand, before youe ven make plans to travel there. Don't believe what she writes to you or says to you on the telephone, if you are lucky enough to get one, that speaks and understands English! It will cost a small amount of money to do an investigation, but if the invstigation turns up, she is no good, you will save heaps of money. Its worth paying for a detective background check and report on her and if you are serious about going, pay the extra and have a surveillance report done on her if you feel uncomfortable. Even if it turned out, she was o.k for me in my own investigation, before going I would have paid up to $500 for a detective and surveillance report on her! Many detective agencies do scam but there a couple of good ones, headquarted not in the FSU, they contract FSU P.I's to do there work,no names here. FSU women are high risk business. When your talking a cost of 8 grand per trip there from Oz, to spend a few hundred on a investigation before travel is well worth it and also having a back up plan too..arrange to meet more than one woman. At least I was decent to my former Krivoy Rog woman, I never accussed her personally of being a scammer but broke of contact saying I felt we were incompatable and she was too young for me. She got something out of it, a nice professional darts set which she could not afford and was not available in K.R from me and I got a lesson which bought me to the decision, not to pursue or look at FSU girls anymore..there were 2 winners here. Some of you guys talk to me like I was an ass hole. No wonder most men will not post there experiences of being scammed or hurt by FSU women ( or other foreign women) in the forum for fear of being ridiculed or maligned here. Most guys will keep quiet and lick there wounds and count the cost of there mistakes...I have moved on from this business..its not for everybody!
