Out here if the sheriff arrests illegal mexicans they have to have a minimum number of them or immigration will not come to get them and so eventually the sheriff turns them loose again. If they did do something they probably only have airplanes going to Mexico and she would just swim back :-)). I would not have any faith in a divorce judge putting any weight on lies or deceit from the woman. The judges seem real narrow minded about this. I would guess you are in for a long and painful road ahead.
