I was using this site too..But it seems to be like most of these Eastern European (Russian/Ukraine) dating sites.....They seem to be just letter writing agencies... I got scammed by a woman i was corresponding to via AFA...Evgeniya Tuz, i opened a forum so people could look at what she looks like and what agency she is listed with.. I complained to Jim at 'jim's agency scams.com, about this agency and he told me that he had never heard of the affiliate agency to AFA in Nikolaev called, 'a slavgirl.com'.. I thought that was a bit strange... But i used AFA, because it had a 'gold' rating with him and ALSO because, i had been reading a few forums that guys had told of their bad experiances with other agencies and i didn't notice AFA on any of them.. But i think AFA in America may not know what there affiliate agencies in Russia/Ukraine are up to and if they do, then AFA is just as bad as the others... Tell me, has anybody used a agency that they have been happy with???? It seems to me, that men voice their opinions on these forums saying how you have to be careful and look for the 'signs' that the women are no good...How can you look for the 'signs' of a bad woman when there are so many women listed on these sites that are just pure 100% scammers...Online dating ukraine (just one name for the same scam site), is FULL of scammers...Just make up 2-3 different profiles on the site and you will see the pattern that the women go about... I think more people need to complain about AFA... Were not saying these things because we like the sounds of own voices (so to speak). Basically you have to get out there and meet some girls, once you have met a few, both serious and not, you will be able to look at their profiles and the letters they wrote to you and see the correlation. If your looking for an easy answer like "all the women on site xxx are genuine" then you are out of luck because such a thing doesn't exist. I can only repeat the general wisdom on here which is that an older woman with an established career or business who speaks good english and has a child is a safer bet than a never married 20 year old student with pictures that would grace an underwear catalogue. They have very little control over what goes on. Things took a turn for the worse when americans could not by home addresses anymore. Now we pay for mail forwarding. The agencies use this to their advantage. I went on an AFA tour last year to three cities. Yes, I met a couple prospects. But of the thirty or so girls i personally invited to the socials, only one showed up. It is what it is. I think your odds are better off just going there and hanging out at cafes and night clubs and walking the parks in the evenings. I think also if you can go with someone you will have better odds to.
