O.k. back on subject, for some reason I got this way off track my fault. If anyone has any personal contact info of any people that moved to Europe and sucessfully did it, pass it on? I am currently going to college for a business degree, recently out of the militar and after my 3rd and final interview tomorrow for a great job and will have everything on the right track, with my savings filling up to make it all a reality. Just need the know how. I heard stories of people buying property in the Italian country side, and in Spain, and all over Eastern Europe, I tried some of the links people gave me so far but the web sights didnt give anyway to contact the specified indivisual directly, just #'s numbers to book reservations for the english owned apartments. I am sure it is not going to be easy or everyone would do it, just looking for the right insider to get tips. Thaks a lot. B/k.

B/K: Sadly, this is actually laughable. You have no money, no qualification, no job and you are talking about buying property in Europe, presumably to live with a girl you wont marry, who is currently living with someone else and you have never met her. You may refer to the likes of me as stubborn butt heads or similar, however it is time you took a reality check. Some of us stubborn butt heads have been around the block a time or two, have established and maintained a real relationship and in the process have learned a few of the pittfalls. The first thing you need to do is get a job. The next is save some money, then buy a ticket and go take a look at the real turf of the FSU. That will take about 6-12 months minimum and probably closer to 3 years. I suggest you are getting just a little ahead of yourself and I am wondering why you ask questions as you seem to think you have all the answers. ~Shrug~

Dunromin...good call..we actually agree on something!! lol This whole thing sounds like a dream that somehow will come true, forgetting all the pitfalls, just a normal story that has a happy ending......unfortunately, in morning we all have to wake up....

Funny how Blu_craze and Bastard Kid both want to live in Italy, both had Russian Girlfriends in Va Beach, both were Navy men. Both girlfriends hated the food in America. Both went back to Russia. What are the odds on this?????? But me down for $1000.

If you ever go to Virginia Beach you will understand, about 10000Russians go there every summer and about 15% never go back ,fortunatly for me I just got done talking to my girl on her cell phone and on Skype, which by the way is very usful, as long as your girl has her own internet at home you can talk to her for free as long as you want. Back to the point blu was a shitd and to be associated with me??? Jesus, haha. He hated russian women from what I gathered. I am not about to spend the time looking through that far back. I never mentioned this to her about me being upset that she lived there, but she moved away from him, and until her apartment is ready living with two of her girlfriends, though she admitted to staying friends with him because of the dog, which she had her and that is the loudest damn dog on earth, I even got to say hi to her mom, very nice women but that was the only word she knew how to say. When she downloads messenger we will start using the webcams also. One thing I want to know is are you guys just going for foriegn girls or do you have eharmony or match.com accounts also??? Do you have such a distast for American women??? So narrow minded. We all have are preferences of course, european accents in general drive me crazy and I like there thoughts but if I was single I wouldnt turn down a perfectly sweet American girl. It seems you people are addicted to this game of internation love hunting like a pervert is addicted to porn. You cant get enough and wont stop until you have a russian woman or not at all. Its sad, I now finally got the job I have been pursuing for the last month and start in a couple weeks, once college is done my free time will open up. The pay is great and I have no time to spend it, my girl will be trying for a way to apply for college here to get her masters degree if it is possible if not who knows. Things for me are finally going on track!!!! Well, I didnt come on here to argue with guys who make a hobby out of it, like I said its an addiction, and its very sad, but all the same though we are all human beings with feelings and everyone deserves ...most deserves to be happy and as much as I sound like the asshole right now I do wish you the best, none of this is personal in the least. P.S. got the info I wanted, thank a lots for the tips, calling her and getting the info on her, and taking stepps to make are realationship closer, its funny, ... I even crossed checked her phone and old adress, shes def. who she claims to be, a very busy girl. I dont think I would of done that and had peace of mine if it was for you creatons. Signing out

Hey, BK.....I don't know about other guys here but to answer your question, I have never stopped looking for a girl here at home, in fact I date regularly, just have not found what I am looking for. I don't use those domestic sites. I try to use as many free sites to meet girls in FSU since I can speak/write/read a little russian. The whole process is still interesting for me, even if I haven't met right girl yet. Met many young beautiful ones, my friends get a kick out of looking at pics....they cannot believe what I am doing. There is plenty of risk in this endevour but I still look at this as a process and in meantime I have formed many friendships, seen many interesting sights and met many very nice girls( just a couple daters). Many guys have been here for long time and have heard or experienced many different situations. Don't take this bad but yours sounds like many others we have heard before, that is why you got the responces you got. I know you didn't want to hear them. Maybe yours will end up different, who knows, I hope so but chances are slim. Only way to find out is to go for it. Good luck!!

Kid....Yeah, I've done match.com. No complaints. Met some nice girls, dated some, made some friends. No distaste for Amerikanskayas. Love all women. I happen to work with a lot of European gals and that is what got me interested in this process. We used to refer to going to Virginia Beach and Myrtle Beach as a hillbilly vacation! Didn't know thousands of Russians went there.
