If it is an emergency and he operates on you without payment, you may not be able to leave the hospital before you find the money. A side note, when you go to visit a doctor, you are asked to bring your own cotton swabs and alcohol if you are asking for or need an injection. To part you with your money. They have no interest in helping you find anything, but how to open your wallet. Avoid agencys, even supposed honest ones operate in the darker shade of gray all the time. I don't know why guys want to depend on agencys for finding a decent woman? They're not going to do it. Hell half the time your communications are tainted by an agency. Fraud is rampant in Ukraine. Payoffs on every street corner. It's the way of life there. Thinking that the authorities are going to shut down an illegitimate agency, highly doubtful. Few hundred grivnas here and there keeps the heat off of them. Anyways they have more important issues to deal with in Ukraine besides corrupt agencys. That's why I've always said, you find a girl who wants to use an agency exclusively, dump her and move on.
