Did I mention I am also very modest? I have this fantasy in my head that it buys me extra points, and that I will automatically win the girl of my choice by default, that none will scam me, except the agencies themselves, and all will want to marry me. LOL. On a serious note, I am younger, 31. I have above average looks, and I actually am lucky enough to be successful. I guess I am about 10-20 years younger than the average guy looking for a FSU bride. I will either be a breath of fresh air for the ladies, or a piece of fresh meat for the scam feeding frenzy. But in my case, I figure why not go for the hottest ones I can find? Its a long trip and there are average women where I live now...maybe I won't get a wife, but perhaps I'll get a BJ and some sex for my efforts. Worst case I'll have a good time bullshitting with some hot women, all are fine by me. I don't mind spending money on a date, and buying them extra cake. Who give a rats ass. You cant take your money with you where I am going, and that extra piece of cake might earn you a nice return. I'm not going to support anyone I dont feel sincere about, and maybe not even then unless I am there by their side to ensure its not just me supporting them... I also figure if they are close enough to steal my wallet, my pants were probably off when it happened, which is probably a good thing. Do I want to get married to some hot subservient FSU girl? Hell yes I do! Do I think it is strange as hell to ask for an engagement over email or on the first date, HELL YES I DO! Are these girls that straight forward that they are ready for an engagement on the first trip? Some of the posts here and on other sites say yes. Being of the same age and living there I can tell you its not so easy, especially if this is your first trip and your only going to be there a few weeks. Girls will think your just there to use them and not serious so probably won't be interested. Unless of course your prepared to spend cash which your not it seems and even then you'll attract the wrong types. And to a lot of girls not spending money on them would mean also your not serious or simply theres nothing in it for them to be with you so why waste their time. The really hot ones will definitly not be interested, not unless they know your going to visit often (as they won't want to leave the country themselves) and they will expect you to spoil them because if your not someone else will. To them if you don't spend money on them, you wouldn't be seen as a man in their eyes, you'd just be like one of the locals or worse since your only there for a few weeks only. The hottest women I have had in my life have been the best homemakers. Go figure... You also have to consider some women don't mind being used. In their minds they are the ones using the guy. Money for sex. I understand the deal, I accept it, and it doesn't bother me one bit. But, those types are not the marring type, not for me anyways. I have no problems getting laid at home I can assure you. I also would have to say that I am jaded living in south Florida. The women here are really easy, really hot, and mostly just plain disgusting. A big change from my old stomping grounds out west where the girls actually had quite a bit of class, money was not the world to them, and they rarely got "used" because they were not "easy" by any means. They do not see other girls in skimpy outfits being as trashy as they can be on a daily basis, so there is no need for them to compete. Girls are like cows, they all do what the group next to them is doing. The best cows live out west I guess. I don't plan on dissing anyone at all. I'm not in it for that. I am simply saying if a scammer (read: shopper, affiliate, cries for need of money) decides to scam me I'm going to try to get some action, and then move on. If its a good girl, then I am a happy man, and I will have found what I am looking for. Sky's blue in my world in the day, usually. Sometimes its gray. At night its almost always black. I just am a little more optimistic, realistic and perhaps traveled in my observations of women than others I guess. There is all kinds, and I an tell you that in my current neck of the woods, they like being used, they like and using, and they are easy. I've been in other areas where the majority of women do prefer to be homemakers so if that is old world to you, people still do it. As for me, I prefer it. I am fine with cooking and cleaning, my point is I don't want to be the one doing it all AND the one bringing in our income. Although I plan to spend a month in Odessa over summer. If I'm around I'd been keen for a beer. It is a good idea to meet up with expats if you can, otherwise you'll spend most of the time working out the system yourself. When I say you would need to spend money let me explain a bit more. If she asks for money or to go shopping this is a bad sign, either she is a fault or you are. I beleive you should first try and get to know her and treat her with respect. Then you should tell her you want to, for example, take her out her a nice meal and you will like to buy her a new dress so she will look nice for the evening. Don't wait for her to ask. If she has a problem with rent etc ask her if it would be ok helped her out so she doesn't have to worry about it while your there. For me its like a controlled burn to prevent a wild fire. If she asks and you buy her whatever she wants this is also bad she will see you as a bankomark. So its good to say no sometimes. It would help if you first of all knew what resturant you want to take her and a good shop to buy clothes. The you are in control and shes not baby sitting you. Like what they are wering in pics, interest shown in letters....probably most important to me is if during letter writing, it feels like you are talking to a girl from your own country, not from FSU. I along with many others make mistakes, mostly in the beginning but learning from them is important. I am from Germany, and met my fiancée in Ukraine with the help of gating site chatrussianbrides com I also didn’t believe everything to be serious. But after 2 months I met a beautiful nice girl. She never asked money from me and when I finally decided to come she helped me to arrange everything. I didn’t feel bored with her, we spent the whole week together and it was very hard to leave. After few months I came again to visit her. That time stayed longer. And when I came for the 3 time, I already left to Germany with her. You are right may be that this trips are like lotteries. Thanks God I was lucky to win.
