At least we're moving in the right direction, I don't know if possible but rather than just IP tracking, cookie tracking also. I know the mods are on the ball as far as more than one user at the same IP address, so users change IP address, if they also need to delete cookies, aswell as changing IP, then this makes it more of a pain in the butt each time they want to play silly buggers. And ..... perhaps as soon as an offender slips up, is exposed by IP or cookie tracking, then the mods cancel one or more of that person's member accounts.
