It can be a PPL,,, but also a membership site with the VIP package. Once you get beyond how you are paying for correspondence,,,, the differences in websites comes down to the agencies in each location. And since agencies cooperate with many websites and vice versa,,, there is no way to say that you will have better luck at any particular website. But perhaps bad luck at some. Sometimes I think that we spend too much time talking websites,,,, and not enough about agencies. Most of the free sites I came across were all infested with panhandlers and copied photos. PPL sites appear to be just writing back and forth and getting nowhere. On a PPL site, I wrote just a couple of paid messages a few months ago to some profiles. Several of the profiles that I wrote to left the site. One even had the courtesy to write a goodbye message to me saying that she was leaving the site and moving to another location for a new job and wishing me good luck. I also registered to two free dating sites. So far after several months, I get just like one message and no flirts. A large number of people who viewed my profile are close to my age. I found one lady on this site who is also on a PPL site when I wrote to her back there at the beginning. When I wrote to her profile here, she reads it and does not respond. Got to remember not all ppl's are the same. Some you pay to send and receive, some you only pay to send. Some chat is more expensive than others. Recently I having been playing with hrb. Now what I can do that you can't is I tell the girl I am in your city(of course you have to have some chat time) lets me at XXXXX. almost all have met me, I lose nothing if girl would not show up, just go about my business. I have email contact with a couple of girls and they tell me that agencies try to make them communicate via agency since they make money of that of course. The other one who I wrote first on the PPL site, but does not respond on this site (the profile says that the English level is a 10), I also doubt will write back. The first one mentioned is where you pay to send while the other one is where you pay to read and reply. I have also noticed on this site that quite a few of the replies come in multiple sequential messages from one profile consisting of just one sentence. The profile could just consolidate like six messages into one message. It seems like the sender is trying to increase message volume traffic. My inbox message count on this site is beyond 5000 in over a year and most of it is just one simple sentence. Now I'd had previous dealings with that agency, there were red flags all over the place such as they supposedly had these babes walking in off the street to write to their sweethearts around the world yet there was no address or contact information on their website whatsoever. For the sake of parting with $5 I proved them to be a scam whilst I had a friend of mine run a check on them, they were supposedly in Kiev but everything tracked back to a blacklisted agency in Odessa. I let them know that they'd been rumbled, they offered me incentives to keep my mouth shut ... but you know me :) ... and thereafter they PDQ changed their identity to 'Red Rose Trip' which I rumbled also. So back to this member singing their praises, it went on and on, he simply wouldn't accept that he was being scammed until, and until, I started posting lines from the letters that he would be receiving such as "I am looking out of the window at the stars and dreaming of you" ... These got him, it transpired that he had parted with hundreds of dollars for English lessons and all sorts to this organisation, he was as sick as a pig whilst thanking me and I won the plaudits of plenty of other forum members for my not letting it rest, not allowing him to continue parting with money to that organisatioon. The moral of this story ...
