Do you think this is an acceptable practice in most modern countries? I think It's interesting to notice that a lot of FSU women who are in their late 30's early 40's are divorced. And I have noticed that a lot of the women over 30 are divorced. Reflecting the terri"ble death rates in Russia and Ukraine, especially for men, there are a quite a few widows as well. I would bet it because of the security aspect since men who are mid 40's and up have already started to accumulate some wealth and have a stable environment.
