The child should be their primary concern, and give him/her the best head start they can. The kid needs to speak the language of the school it will be attending! Danny is unable or unwilling to commit to a country, he likes to flip flop and waste everyone’s time! A child needs to speak the language of his homeland, or where the school is. It doesn’t matter what country that is. If they are in Russia,,, then it should be Russian! If it is Australia,,, then it should be English! The forum software takes international characters "as is," and there are (at least) four different encodings for Cyrillic characters, so if you think some gobbledy is Cyrillic, you may need to try different Cyrillic encodings until you see something recognizable.
