One example of how that has helped me this weekend has been by covering my costs to Russia (OH YES!) with £800 winnings at poker (ladbrokes) from a stake of only £10 during a 9 hour session (+£88/hour rate). No, I am NOT a gambler although I did spend 2 years professionally betting on "unraced" 2YO Horses (lol, but only for 3 months of each year) and in credit ~£28K after living/expenses. I just specialise, know what I am doing and have a * good time doing it. ;) My ex-ex and ex partner didn't mind this 'side-line' because they got treated well and if anything I was encouraged to sit on my 'fanny' and play. I have found that with everything legit, all handled by a pro and everyghing else falling into place, it will still take a year and then there are no guarantees. I think this situation stinks.
