At the airports,,,, at Odessa and Lugansk,,, my flight arrived late,,, taxi booth closed! X amount of passengers,,, and the same amount of taxi drivers! I haven’t noticed any extra charge on my restaurant bill,,,, I’m usually surprised by how cheap it is!!! I’ve paid 10 USD an hour on my last two trips, then 12 and then 20 in Kherson before,,,, but it was only 4.5 hrs.
