If she gets her request denied; then, I would use pictures/ videos taken with her in Lithuania, Latvia and her country, emails, Skype, FaceTime, etcetera....for the K1 ( fiancé/fiancée) visa. Moreover, he told me he was going to call American Embassy when he enters Ukraine (he is coming in 10 days), because of this US travel advisory (I think you know what it is). Especially, taking into consideration that my city is not the calmest place in the Ukraine… He wants to inform the Embassy that he arrives and wants to tell about me that I am going to apply….I don’t know if it helps or thwarts… I have been talking to several travel agents and they all have different opinions and advice about this situation. I wanted to write to you in Russian and to explain everything, but moderators won't approve russian posts. If you have nothing in Ukraine - they won't give you visa. If you show them your relation to their citizen that means you have nothing to do in Ukraine and you want to go there and to stay there illegally.
