Yes. All the time, for years. Look at your post a few above your last one. There is a problem when you don't know your own narrative. Your friend's video slowed you down some, but it's different words, but the same sh'--t.
And a simple question from him like if you are a reporter sets you off and triggers profanity. What's up with that? My pointing it out only gets my comments removed.
I was not talking about you, LR. Your friend knows very well I did not carry the torch for "Z" the way you carry the torch for him. If he asked you to go jump on a cliff, you would probably ask him which one.
Nope. I learned my lesson years ago. I have not said anything about myself in years. We have a member here who investigates, posts and criticizes when people do not follow his way.
LR would jump off a cliff for me? ... What nonsense!
I think I know from where you got the impression, the wrong impression, that LR and I are such close friends, from your cyber buddy who was claiming that LR and I were one and the same.
It's nonsense RB, sure LR and I have chatted from time to time over the years, sometimes business talk as he has his own business also, but more recently I guess the times we have chatted over the past year could be counted on one hand.
It's as nonsense as there's no post above your last one.
above
adverb, preposition US /əˈbʌv/
higher than, more than, or at a level greater than:
The helicopter was hovering above the building.
Temperatures here rarely rise above freezing in winter.
Our wages are above average.
I could hardly hear him above the blare of the music.
𝐈𝐧 𝐰𝐫𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠, 𝐚𝐛𝐨𝐯𝐞 𝐜𝐚𝐧 𝐦𝐞𝐚𝐧 𝐚𝐬 𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐝 𝐡𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐞𝐫 𝐮𝐩 𝐨𝐧 𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐬 𝐩𝐚𝐠𝐞 𝐨𝐫 𝐨𝐧 𝐚 𝐩𝐫𝐞𝐯𝐢𝐨𝐮𝐬 𝐩𝐚𝐠𝐞.
To be above doing something is to consider yourself too important or too moral to do it:
LOL ... I guess two businessmen chatting makes you envious RB ... Are you still an unemployed bean counter having been fired for nitpicking over your senior's expenses claims? :)
Do you think I am envious of two businessmen who love each other? Why would it be you, of all people. I saw the video. I told you, you should stop thinking.
I can see your reviews. All 21 of them. You are fixed on the bad reviews. Let me give you a hint. It is not the amount of good reviews you should be worried about. It is the amount of reviews. You have been stuck around 20 for a year now.
Just take a look, one wall is pink whilst the other wall blue, and that's just two walls of the room, they are painted with gloss paint, the air con is so close to the bed it must be like trying to sleep with a jet engine overhead, so small is the room the beds are too close together and to the wall, the curtains are of an inferior quality whereas they won't serve their purpose of keeping the light out, one bed has a headboard that looks like the termites have been at it whilst the other bed has no headboard whatsoever whilst the bedding on the two beds is of different colours, mix'n'match bought at second hand stores.
And this comes from the dickhead that claims I am the one with accommodation problems :)
"I can see your reviews. All 21 of them. You are fixed on the bad reviews. Let me give you a hint. It is not the amount of good reviews you should be worried about. It is the amount of reviews. You have been stuck around 20 for a year now."
RB,
I'm not surprised you got fired as a bean counter because it seems that you cannot count ... In the past year my place has attracted three reviews on the website you look at whilst in the past two weeks alone two reviews on airbnb and one on google and we don't even push for these reviews from guests with incentives or whatever, sure if a hotel has hundreds of rooms the reviews will be steady but if a place only has a few rooms, and the reviews come in at more than one or two a month then the reviews are by incentives to guests to post them, aka fakes!
You can see all 21 of my reviews can you? ... Well you've better bloody eyssight than the rest of us because on TA there are only 20 reviews ... Clearly TA can't count either so perhaps there may be a job opening for you RB!
Now take those reviews of my place, that just by those reviews my place is pretty much the worst place to stay in town, on TA the score goes as:
5 Excellent
4 Very Good
3 Average
2 Poor
1 Terrible
Now those 20 reviews my place total a score of 78 which divided by 20 equals an average score of 3.9 so even if every review of my place was "Very Good" it would still be the worst place to stay in town and that is a clear sign of all the review fakers on this island.
Fortunately my place is so successful, unlike others, we don't need to concern ourselves with reviews or paying travel agents circa 17% of what would otherwise be our revenue for selling our accommodations, and just recently, for this worst place in town, our occupancy rates have been:
Apr 100.79%
May 97.88%
Jun 76.14%
And for our 2016/2017 fiscal year and overall occupancy rate of 64.9% and I'd suggest that's pretty damn good!
Read my lips "Our place is so successful we don't give a flying fuck about reviews"!
And as for Agoda, they reactivated our account after a year in vain attempt that we may recoup the monies they owe us but, alas, those monies are nowhere to be found in our 'extranet' whilst I was only in communication with them as recently as this morning regarding our impending legal action for their hosting us outside of contract, the unpaid debt and libel ... So we advertise our place on Agoda, just go try booking a room there!
And our room rates may be found on our own website and/or on airbnb, airbnb being the only authorised third party room seller of our place.
And as for me being the owner of this business ... Nope, sorry to disappoint, unless I have a super duper business visa the DTI registration needs to be in a Filipino name and that is why the dickhead has their business name registered in his wife's name, then to satisfy the BIR the DTI, business permit and mayor's permit all need to be in the same name so those would be in his wife's name also and then all three of those are required by the electricity provider so not even their electricity account is in his wife's name, I do not own this business and the dickhead doesn't own theirs whilst their White Sands Paradise Beach Resort is trading illegally not being registered with DTI.
I just love somebody who comes along believing that they know it all when they know Jack Shit :)
Read my lips: Who cares? I am not jealous of Donald Trump, Bill Gates, Jeff Bezos or Mark Zuckerberg's riches. Why would I be jealous of you and your partner, LR? I could learn from these people, but you? No. You are in my list of how not to do business.
