Korean Airlines? How about the B747 that deviated off course so much, because the flight crew were asleep, that the Russians shot it down? How about the B747F out of London/Stansted whereas the Captain's artificial horizon was kaput thus the aircraft shouldn't have flown, not only did it fly, not only at nbight when all they could see was black, but the Captain was doing the flying when the First Officer had a perfectly functioning artificial horizon, with no indication if he was climbing or descending, wings level or otherwise, it made a f*cking big hole in the ground soon after take off. And how about the B747 they lost in Guam, never mind the Asiana f*ck up in to SFO? MartinPC Member send PM   block PM add to buddies Send: 5/13/2021 12:45:48 PM   Loki, Well the penny finally appears to have dropped, just reading back thru this thread please allow me this opportunity to summarise: You posted some 2.5 months ago on 03 March that you were looking for help regarding a girl in Yalta who claimed that foreigners have been travelling to Russian occupied Crimea at will whilst, upon behalf of a supposed agency, she was trying to sell to you a dating agency package of flight bookings, transportation, accommodation, interpreters etc. Now in years past this forum was alive with guys experienced in travelling, dating, business practices and indeed scams in FSU and the vast majority of those guys, were they still present, would have been waving red flags at you, as indeed I have waved a red flag at you, and it has become apparent that since your first post of 03 March listening isn't your strongest suit and that you came to this forum looking for support rather than help, here's a few pointers for you: Does this supposed dating agency have any website, any advertised street address, any telephone number other than a mobile? OK, an agency can profile their ladies on a variety of third party websites but if they have no advertised nor present office address etc. then how would any ladies find such an agency in the first instance? On 08 April you admitted, whether you realise it or not, that the supposed agency interpreter is actually her friend and was present in your girl's bedroom, doesn't an agency interpreter have better things to do like being out there interpreting for all the foreigners that are travelling there at will, might a red flag not have been appearing out of the mist for you at that point Loki? If any normal guy wishes to search a girl does he go to a dating agency or a travel agency, similarly if any normal guy wishes to book flights does he go to a travel agency or a dating agency? I just had a quick look on skyscanner.com and flights were readily available MOW/SIP for as little as $55, why the need for a dating agency to book flights except to rip you off, any red flag yet Loki? … And we don't collect or show tickets any longer Loki, these days a ticket is merely an accountancy piece of paper, we receive e-tickets or simply turn up at the check-in desk and show our ID for them to find us in the computer. Even in the old days, when few if any Ukraine domestic flights were bookable online, I regularly utilised one small travel agency and for a small fee of perhaps $10 their guy would regularly meet me in Borispol Airport arrivals with my tickets in hand, I've never heard anything so ridiculous as a dating agency arranging flights! Agency arranging transportation, oh yes, to and from those trips and evenings out if they didn't have their own car and driver overcharging you to give them their percentage they would be talking to the taxi driver in their language, so as that you wouldn't understand, to overcharge you and give them a cut. Accommodation ditto, I'm out of touch with prices but were an apartment $30 per night they'd have you paying maybe $60 per night, hotels are bookable online and certainly in the old days apartments were available online also. There is an old-fashioned and very true industry saying “Don't allow yourself to fall in love with a photograph”, OK technology has moved on from photographs to webcams but the logic is the same and when I made mention that you were allowing yourself to fall in love with a webcam girl you seemed to take exception. Loki, if a girl appears in a photograph it doesn't mean that she is a photoshoot model, likewise if a girl appears in a webcam it doesn't mean that she is a sex worker, it is merely an expression of speech. Then, it would appear they were losing the argument with you to come to Yalta to get scammed so they opted for a, quote, “exotic and tropical” holiday, my god they've truly seen you coming, you are going to blow thousands of dollars on a girl that you have only seen in a webcam, yes only in a webcam, they certainly did the number on you just by the way that you wrote so excitedly in your post thereafter, that you think that you mey get to hump both of them when the truth is that you are likely to hump neither of them. Loki, the break-up of the USSR occurred some 30+ years ago, these pretty ladies no longer suffer the financial hardships of all those years ago, indeed it's a different generation or two, they are not so desperate to leave their homeland in search of a better life, just look at the clothes and cosmetics these girls wear in their photographs and webcams, do they come across as poor to you? And what was wrong with planning a trip to a place exotic and tropical in April?? They both explained about wanting to “get out of Russia” and it’s about having a vacation too. The young one does work odd hours interpreting ,,, at a hotel and for the agency. I see her come home often. Things in Russia must be much worse than is commonly known. People’s movements are being controlled by employers because of Covid! Home-work-home work, little to no time for entertainment or even shopping. So, as you can see,,, they feel about the same as I do. Do I plan on “humping” both of them? Huh,,, not so much anymore, now that I know they are sisters. Just room mates, well why not, but not sisters, what would that say for either of us? Writing so excitedly? I didn’t know that I did that. The girls have a fairly small flat, but a good webcam. I have a 60 some inch flat screen with a HDMI connection. I sometimes switch from the laptop to the flat screen. When they get dressed for bed or from out of the shower, I can sometimes see them. It’s as if these two girls were built to my exact specifications. Remember the good time thing?? It’s not my first time around the block or my first rodeo. I expect to have expenses, what vacation is free? It wouldn’t be any cheaper with a local girl. In fact, I plan on giving the girl just the right amount of rope., because the trip is back on. In your first post you'd offered to meet them away from Yalta but they were insisting that you meet them in Yalta yet now you say that they want to get out of Russia, well wasn't that what you offered and they rejected in the first instance? :) Regarding 'screwing', as the saying goes "Two is company, three is a crowd" and I've seen or heard of it so many times, when there are two girls together they shall stay together, it won't be you and her plus another, it shall be her and her and the other, the add on, shall be you, if you want to date a girl with any reasonable chance of screwing then meet and date her by herself, as soon as they want to bring a sister, cousin, friend or whatever then that's a red flag. And a travel tip to keep at the back of your mind, northern (Turkish occupied) Cyprus is nice, the best beaches on the island are in the north, and FSU nationals can easily get a visa in to Turkey and flights to N. I wanted her to come to Kyiv or Odesa, but they didn’t like the thought of crossing the border twice. I didn’t want to go to Russia for the same reasons, so it was an impasse.
