One hotel I used for support in Uzbekistan charged $25 for visa support if you stayed for 2 nights at their hotel, or $50 if you didnt stay at all !! But you might as well pay the $50 $60 and stay a night or two. Like happened to me on Tuesday !!! There I was minding my own business, quietly taking an axle out of the front of one my scrappers outside the garage to put into another car later in the day, when I look up to see this police car hammering toward me with the lights going !! The thoughts going through my mind are mostly unprintable !! But two I can put here are "Who the f*ck have I upset recently ?" and "Im flying to natash` on Friday, I hope they are not here for anything thats going to f*ck that up !!" Anyway, he jumps out, asp in hand (asp replaced truncheon, its the newer police control weapon, just for you guys not from the UK who don't watch "The Bill" :o) ) and he says "Are you OK ?" Just as he is asking me this along comes another plod in another car, Lights the lot !! Now I'm really beginning to wonder who I have pissed off !! "Yeah I'm fine, why ?" I answered. "Your panic alarm was activated 4 minutes ago !!" Turns out that a false panic alarm had been somehow triggered and ADT had called the police to attend !!! Two cars in 4 minutes !! I was asking her about her day on instant messenger in live time. I asked her what she does at work. Her reply " I do interrogations, just like you are doing to me now".
