Therefore you are probably quite capable of writing to several girls and expressing the same things about yourself with little difficulty and without having to resort to cutting and pasting. This girl you refer to, no doubt, does not speak English as her primary language - as mentioned above she very likely pays for translation and may even have help in writing her letters. OF COURSE it is quite likely that she is writing to more than one guy - she has a goal just as you do in finding the right guy. If the cutting and pasting thing is such a problem for you - then I urge you to try writing to these girls in Russian - get a translator or do the best you can on your own with a Russian dictionary - and attempt to give each girl a similar description of yourself to each with free flowing writing, interesting sentence structure and without repeating any section (no cutting and pasting) for each. Think you can do it? Get your handy-dandy Russian dictionary and give it a try. No sense in criticising these girls for doing something in a foreign language that you can similarly not do. How about showing a little tollerance here and realizing these girls are at a disadvantage in trying to converse in English. You are far too fast in accusing them of "scamming" you. jetmba. I am not being sarcastic about the “innocent until proven guilty.” It was an honest question. The very first laws of the colonies were in fact based on English Law, but our constitution is actually an amalgamation of a number of systems of law, including English, Greek, and Roman....thus the acquired prevalent system of the United States...A republic! As far as English being my first language...Thank you for the complement...I have been an English speaker only for about 10 years, and I have to than the UK and my British ex-girlfriend for that since it was during my time in the UK that I learnt English. I improved it here in the States, but as I mentioned before, there is always a soft spot in my heart for England and its citizens; I had a great time there, and I go back to visit as often as I can. In fact I was there in December, so, all the jokes about Britons coming out of my mouth are in good spirit, trust me. But I do see your point Jet. Eastern Europe and the way of life there is somewhat foreign to me. So I must admit I should be more lenient with this girl. One important point though...I keep on hearing the same thing.....I did not accused her of anything!!!!! I said that I suspected! Big difference! But I understand your point, and I will be nicer and more understanding; still skeptical though...it is my nature. Russian would be obviously a very complicated language for me to learn since it does not adhere to the forms of the languages I know...But y since I am actually very interested in getting to know a Russian girl, I am going to learn the language; it will just take me a little bit of time. But as far as what they write to me, I very understand of the language difficulties...the problem with the letters of this girl was not necessarily the cutting and the pasting, but that she knew exactly how to place certain words and phrases in strategic positions....I am just being cautious. They have rented me an apartment, much cheaper than a hotel, plus the girl said she could not enter a hotel as it would ruin her reputation, what a nice old world point of view. Thank the Destiny! It's NOT my job to investigate fakes; I don't pay $30.00 per month to play detective. The fact is that fiance.com directly benefits from fake profiles, why should they investigate? Fake letters keep us hooked longer into paying monthly fees. I received a letter from a woman who had a facial photo and a body photo. About the only thing the photos had in common was her red hair. One pic she had a huge nose, and in the other pic she looked like Nicole Kidman. I have hade lots of letters from lots of girls, some fake, some not. You must just attract them from you dumb looking photos. Any site, anywhere can have scammeres, it goes with the teritory if you choose to do this. I have found this site to be very good myself and seem to be fighting off very genuine girls. Eli Manning is someone's name and you assumed it to report someone else that you are claiming was using a false identity. If $30 a month is such a large sum (evidently enough to break you) then you can't afford to look for a Russian wife (or ANY wife) and it. If you demand so much, and are so paranoid and suspicious of a womans letters (who may have accidently repeated herself by cutting and pasing and doing the best she could in a language she doesn't fully understand) - it is obvious why you have been unsuccessful so far and will continue to be. I agree with idiotdetector's detection. Go play on other sights - and after you see what they have to offer (if you are bright enough) perhaps you will change your mind about this one. jetmba. My time in Chisinau was not all that I intended it to be. Partly because i was "held captive" by a girl who I did not want to spend all my time with and a lot of the time I was trying to figure out a way to break it off without being stranded. It was a very frustrating trip - I felt out of control of my own destiny most of the time. And the girl I really wanted to see (but the first girl would not allow it) keeps calling me - as she did just tonight to ask when I will go and see her (I truly still want to see her - just don't know how or when). In short trad - I hope you trip is more fruitful than mine (though it seems I met my share of "fruits" - it wasn't what I wanted). I am slightly envious of your upcoming plans. Though things didn't go well for me - I like the adventure.
