In his last post you can actually notice (1) delusion (2) disorganized speech and (3) negative affective symptoms....You only need 2 of them to be present more often than not in a 1 month period in order to be diagnosed with schizophrenia. ....And I have the feeling that he has presented those symptoms for a lot longer. In addition, he appears to be somewhat delusional and paranoid, so may as well give a full Schizophrenic with a 295.30 paranoid subtype diagnosis. In other words.....He needs meds. I hope for the sake of all Russian women who make the mistake to contact him that they do not speak English since he appears to be quite firm about the language requirement. Are you genuinely one of those doctors who selected a special area where you can keep 9-5 office hours and never have to see blood? (But you still feel the patients purse before starting treatment.) If so, you should know better than discussing a diagnosis in public. And, I have no delusions, and no paranoia - you really *are* out to get me. Just relax and do not take things personal. Notice, however, that my therapy style is already working on you; you had the cojones to reply to me so, your self –esteem is not totally dead. I am indeed in the US, the land of the free. And no, I do not take my patient’s money; I work for a charitable institution. And it is not illegal or unethical to diagnose a Disney character on line. But seriously, from one guy to another, you need a reality check my friend. You need to act with balls. If girl X is looking for John Wayne and I am the Rock, I will show her the reasons why the Rock is a hundred times better. Everything is in the attitude rather than in the wants of a girl. If you read enough profiles, which I am sure you have done, most girls are just looking for a decent man to treat them like a person and not some jerk who treats them like prostitutes. There are obviously some that would react well to such attitude, but for the most part, just be nice respect them, and you might be able to find the person you are looking for. I have been here for less than a month, and I was very skeptical about the whole thing; I though I was going to get rip off. But it hasn’t happened that way. While I found a couple of suspicious characters, most girls, at least on my experience, are really nice. One important thing is to be realistic though, look at yourself in the mirror and the things you have to offer. Are you handsome? Do you have a good profession or business? Your age, etc. All of those things influence greatly, a lot more than being or not a “real man.” I can guarantee you that if you look like Brad Pitt or have his money, most women will be glad to become your wife, even if you like to play with Barbie dolls instead of fishing or hunting. At the same time, sit down and make a list of what you are looking for in a woman from the way she looks, religion, kids, etc. Have a mental picture of who you really want to find. My first week here I was all over the spectrum, but I took some of the advise of some of the experimented people here, even Toad, and some of my own stuff, and waited. Since I have been on this site, I have been getting at least one or two letters per day, but there have been those days in which I had not receive any at all; usually a Saturday or a Sunday. I was very tempted to reply to some real knock outs, but I knew they were not what I was looking for; so I waited. A week later, I opened a letter and there she was, physically, and for what I was able to read in her profile, she was the woman of my dreams from the color of her eyes, to her education level. I personally do not care about the language, since I am quite capable of learning her language as long as she is willing to learn mine. However, she came with an added bonus, she speaks English quite well. And she also came with another major bonus, but I will reserve that to myself for now. If things work out, I will tell my story later; and if it doesn’t, I will keep on searching. In fact, a few days ago I opened another letter from another excellent candidate, and she also speaks English very well; so for now, I am talking to her too just in case. I have no problem with them as I am a machinist that works with other guys all day that smash fingers and drop heavy parts on their feet.
