I can only speak for myself, but at 46 I'm not looking for a lady in her 20's. Too much difference in life experiences I feel makes me emotionally incompatible with someone that age. To me it's just a recipe for disaster.
Dax, you hit it on the head with the word feminazi. That's the main reason I'm here. Chivalry is not much of an accepted practice in my area.
P.N. I also think you make to much of an assumption of the requirement for the women of Russia to move to another country. In the conversations I've had with a particular lady, I've never put as a condition of our potential relationship that she would have to move to the United States. If the situation is right I'm willing to expatriate myself from a country I was born in, my friends and my lifestyle here. To learn a new language and customs totally unfamiliar to myself. That's my level of commitment to this. Not to mention the potential investment of thousands of dollars to possibly walk away with nothing. Some us here are rich and some of us are not. I'm willing to take the risk for something money can't buy and that's a true and unconditional love. P.N. there are a lot of guys here willing to make that same commitment. I'm tired of making just a living, I want to make a life. So I'm not looking for some young sex toy, but a woman, a real woman with traditional values. So when I go meet the lady I'm talking to in the late fall, I'm not going looking for sex. I'm a little more deeper than that. Plus at 46 it's not my first rodeo. Hell I think it would be novel if we didn't have sex until we were married. That's traditional! It may sound unrealistic but I'm not looking for the status quo. So if I was just looking to get laid, I could just fly out to the Mustang Ranch in Vegas, save myself a whole lot of time, money and greif and get laid. Well enough of my diatribe. P.N. I just wanted to impress on you what my foundations for being here are and I know there are many here who share the same sentiments. I apoligize for my fellow countrymen who may have made your friends unhappy or maybe even yourself. It only takes a few morons to make the rest of us look bad. It hinders us who really have honest and sincere intentions. As for bald men. That's just a divot from God and it's his golf course and he doesn't have to replace the divots.
Nasfan Bald is a divot from God? I was wondering why my bald head has hurt like hell these past 20 years. Now I'm just trying to figure out if He used a sand wedge or a three wood on me.
I don't mind the divot, but did have to take so much grey matter with it?
Sancho - Thanks for you good wishes for me. I did not figure you were refering to me, unless you hacked into my profile at Fiance.com LOL.
Moses, Jesus, and another guy were out playing golf one day. Moses pulled up to the tee and drove a long one. It landed in the fairway but rolled directly toward a water trap. Quickly Moses raised his club, the water parted and it rolled to the other side safe and sound.
Next, Jesus strolls up to the tee and hits a nice long one directly toward the same water trap. It landed directly in the center of the pond and kind of hovered over the water. Jesus casually walked out on the pond and chipped it up onto the green.
The third guy gets up and sort of randomly whacks the ball. It heads out over the fence and into oncoming traffic on a nearby street. It bounces off a truck and hits a nearby tree. From there, it bounces onto the roof of a nearby shack and rolls down into the gutter, down the downspout, out onto the fairway and right toward the aforementioned pond.
On the way to the pond, it hits a little stone and bounces out over the water and onto a lily pad where it rested quietly. Suddenly, a very large bullfrog jumped up on the lily pad and snatched the ball into his mouth.
Just then, an eagle swooped down and grabbed the frog and flew away. As they passed over the green, the frog squealed with fright and dropped the ball which bounced right into the hole for a beautiful hole in one. Moses then turned to Jesus and said, I hate playing with your Dad.
Hahaha...it's great that u r concerned about my past.....but i wasn't really taking abt it...i was talking about my foreign colleagues..
it strikes me as odd that all of u think that the life-time dream of every russian girl is to marry a foreigner.
R u in the beginning of the 90s when nearly all the country wanted to emigrate no matter where? Life here is stable now.Its madness to give up a good safe job, friends, parents for an uncertainty. Its clearly evident that a girl won't find a decent job abroad (Will anyone be content to earn just enough to keep body & soul together?) and wont be able to adapt herself to morals that r foreign to her. The girl will be an outcast...will be sitting at home washing, cleaning, cooking....i don't want to disillusion anyone but nowadays every girl wants to make a success of life here...in our country....not abroad
Yeah we're all a sorry lot, truth must be said. Bald, ancient, fat, horny but impotent. To top it all we still believe in Fairietales, my personal favourite Cinderella, and we have absolutely no idea how the world works. Our IQ hovers somewhere around 80 (that's the total for us, i.e. we all proudly contribute) hence together we're not doing too bad I think, however cannot compete with your singular shining illumination.
Just one question - when do you get your next injection?
P. N. you said "every girl wants to make a success of life here...in our country....not abroad " it depends on what you mean when saying "success", I'm not very sure that all girls wish to get a good carrier after all, many girls think that getting married and giving birth to children is enough for their lives...different cases happen:)
I know many girls who wish to have a good work, though not make a carrier, and also be married, have children, and live a traditional way of life:))
Every girl???? Then why are there millions of girls signed up with marriage agencies through out the FSU? No doubt things are much better now than ten years ago.And I never thought that it was girl's lifetime dream to marry a foreigner.I know a couple of russian families that have moved abroad and now enjoy their lives and their jobs very much.I have read many profiles of women that state it is their dream to be a housewife and mother, not to work. No shame in that! I will let my future wife choose whatever option pleases her.Russian woman would never be an outcast as my country is already a country of mixed nationalities and races. I personally do my own washing, housecleaning, and cooking and I work 10 1/2 hrs. a day at work and don't understand the big issue you have with that. Your view of FSU women is probably shared by the majority of women there but is far from including everyone. There are a few million women that would disagree!
P.N. Hell hath no fury like that of a womans scorn!! Sounds like you have an overdose of sour grapes. Either that or your eeyore in drag!!
I'm not sure yet. As for women here being an outcast you are way off.First of all my friends would accept her with open arms.
Secondly I wouldn't want her to change anything in her heritage. That's what the United States is about. I've spoken with a group of Russians in Indianapolis. If and when I find a lady they said to bring her by often to help her adjust. These are some really great people. They understand the differences in the cultures and want to help. As far as what the future lady wants to do. That is totally her
choice. Another point I would like to make. My friend Sergei in Indianapolis has told me the opportunity for success is far greater here than in the Former Soviet Union. He has a restuarant that caters Russian Cuisine and is doing quite well, well enough to spend the money and time to get his brother and sister here in the states. If it was so great why does his siblings want to come? I've put a lot of thought of what I'm getting involved in and want to help make any transition for her as easy as possible. By the way would I be treated as an outcast in the FSU if I decided to live there?
PN,
Western men in FSU looking for a wife to marry, the vast majority at least, do not chase girls/women.
Why?
Because we know WE are the great catch, not the other way around.
Not counting the overly advertised and exaggerated western sucker/FSU scammer relationship, it is all too tempting for most western foreigners to fall for the easy pickings and immediate gratifications of sex trips into FSU.
What most of us here want does not fit with what you've seen, PN.
I wonder if you're a russian man whose girlfriend decided to marry a foreigner from this forum, lol.....
You'd not be the first Ivan trying to get even with this forum after losing his woman to a better man, PN.
If that's the case, the best way to get even with us is to do the same thing we do...but in our countries, lol...go ahead, come to the west and marry one of our lovely women and live happily ever after!!!
"If that's the case, the best way to get even with us is to do the same thing we do...but in our countries, lol...go ahead, come to the west and marry one of our lovely women and live happily ever after!!! "
-interesting picture:
young virile Ivan as toy boy for older american woman!!
Sancho....I would like to see the face of the older american woman at the moment when she will try to order to do something to a man from here...or when she will try to make him her toy boy:))) that would be funny...and if there was such a kind of a show being held very soon, I would be there the first selling tickets:)) Of course kidding:)))
Ptichka,
You'r perhaps right. But some young latino men accept role of 'toy boy'. and latinos are 'macho'!
Now we all watch, TV, streets, magazines for old US-woman + young russian man!
Or we have our own life.
(i don't like 'glossy magazines'...)
Sancho, as I mentioned here several times no generalizing can be accepted when talking about people, I guess that there are men here as well who would accept the role of "toy boy"...but I didn't meet many of them.
