It's also an insult here, but it is very ambigous in it's definition, but it is a rude insult here no matter which way you use it, unless you are among friends here in the states, then oddly enough it can be an affectionate response to a smart aleck comment. We prefer to drink a draught cold beer than a warm beer with ice cubes in the glass. The same for cocktails except in some trendy bars where ice seems to be totally free ! P.S. I found most young people understand English, its the lanuage they listen to music and download movies as well in! i found it quite easy to get around even though I had no Russian!
